après avoir lu vos messages je constate que nous sommes nombreux dans le même cas : des arnaqués.
Personne ne veut rien savoir ni le proprietaire qu'on a retrouvé et réussi à joindre, ni la banque ni l'agence de location. un scandale.
ok pour un collectif mais comment obtenir le remboursement ?

Do not use this company. I had my reservation cancelled by email 2 days ago. I was contacted by the owner of the property I booked and she's received an email cancelling too. I can see the website still up and running. How are they getting away with this?

Completely Confused - Why VRBO/Home Away continues to let these crooks steal money - I call that aiding and abetting Fraud. I am out $ 485 US and have sent my Claim to the Barcelona Legal Firm that "only-crap" sends you after they steal your money. Do I expect to ever see a penny ?:....Highly Doubtful. I only hope my writing this Saves You from making the same mistake that +800 we did.

I booked with HomeAway and received an email just like the others on this blog. I am out of pocket AUD$1200 plus international transfer fees - and am advised to put a claim in with my bank (CC I assume). I have complained to HomeAway / Stayz and await an answer. I made the booking on 9th February - well after many complaints here have been made about malpractice. My question is 'why are these so-called reputable sites still supporting Only-Apartments and taking people's money?.

Mauvaise surprise aujourd’hui. J’ai réservé un appartement en Espagne et j’ai versé un acompte au mois de février. Et là je reçois un mail de faillite pour only apartments. Impossible de les joindre car je tombe sur un répondeur. Et dans leur mail en anglais, il me disent de me rediriger vers ma banque pour obtenir un remboursement.
Honteux !!! Je fais comment pour réserver un autre appartement sans remboursement

Only-apartments is a FRAUD
FRAUD. This company Took my money, canceled the reservation 1 week before the travel and won't refund.
they wrote me this:
Dear Customer,

As the company has been declared in a process of insolvency, we are forced to cancel your reservation.

The refund of the payment already done should be claimed to your bank directly.

In case of any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us back.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Normaler Weise verdienen die only Apartments 0 sterne Vorsicht Abzocke habe von dene eine stornierung bekommen von mein er gebuchten Villa und meine Anzahlung von 580,- nicht zurück bekommen das aller letzte freut man sich auf den Urlaub dan so was allso Finger weg und nicht bei dene buchen

Nous avons loué une villa sur l’ile de Gozo pour cet été 2019. Nous avons versé un acompte de 1350,50€.
Nous avons reçu un mail nous informant que la société only-apartements est en faillite et que l’agence immobilière n’a donc pas reçu notre argent pour bloquer la réservation. Bien sur nous avons contacté only-apartements qui n’est pas en mesure de nous rembourser!
Cette société est vraiment malhonnête !!! Nous n’avons plus de lieu de vacances et en plus nous avons perdu 1350,50€... un cauchemar!!! Nous ne comptons pas en rester là et ferons tout ce que nous pouvons pour récupérer notre argent sans oublier de faire un maximum de publicité négative concernant ce site !!!

Même expérience d'annulation, sans remboursement ! Que fait-on dans ce cas ? Nous sommes visiblement nombreux à faire les frais de leur faillite. N'y a t'il pas moyen de se regrouper pour contacter une association du type " Association de consommateurs " ? Merci de vos retours ! Caroline

Have booket lejlighed i Rom, lagt depositum. Får mail en uge før om at nu er det ved at være og jeg skal kontakte Monica ang nøgler. Kontakter “udlejer” inden vores tur om 5 dage - der er ingen booking og lejligheden er under renovering????
De sku skamme sig, tænk at man havde stået i Rom og ikke have et sted at bo. Det er uartigt, gemene tyveknægte.

Hey all, the same thing happened to me when I booked my rental via VRBO/HomeAway and the property manager was Only Apartments. They took my security deposit when I first made the reservation then sent a cancellation email to both myself and the landlord. We ended signing a contract directly with the landlord for our stay but when I returned to the U.S., VRBO/HomeAway even tried to call OnlyApartments and they were hung up on. I‪f you just call your credit card company and explain to them the situation and how Only Apartments is a fraudulent company... they’ll dispute the charge for you, won’t make you liable for this payment and will credit back your deposit.

Nous avons réservé un séjour à Berlin pour le 16 avril. Aujourd'hui nous recevons un mail nous indiquant que notre réservation a été annulé. Ce mail a été suivi d'un deuxième écrit en anglais nous indiquant les démarches à suivre pour le remboursement car la société only-appartment serait en faillite. Lorsque nous contactons le numéro indiqué sur le mail, nous tombons sur un répondeur. Nous cherchons des solutions. Merci de nous tenir au courant si vous en trouvez de votre coté.

Je viens d'avoir la désagréable surprise d'avoir réservé un appartement pour Lisbonne pendant les vacances de Pâques et only appartement me prévient aujourd'hui ( à 1 semaine seulement du départ) que la société a fait faillite ! mais que je peux relouer sur leur site bien entendu !! A aucun moment, il ne propose le remboursement de l'acompte versé et me propose dans un français approximatif d'envoyer un courrier en Espagne .... C'est insensé mais je suis prête à poster un mail par jour pour récupérer mon argent !!

Haben bei uns noch die zweite Zahlung abgebucht, obwohl sie wussten, dass sie die Leistung nicht erbringen können.

1. Stellen Strafantrag wegen Eingehungsbetrug.

2. Interhome teilte mit, dass only-apartments ihr Reisebüro war und sie damit zusammengearbeitet hätten. O-Ton: "Das ist sehr bedauerlich - auch unser Unternehmen musste deshalb Einbußen hinnehmen. Sie können die Unterkunft über uns buchen, natürlich müssen Sie dann wieder voll bezahlen!"

3. Only-Apartments ist immer noch erreichbar. Unglaublich!

Reservamos para el puente de Mayo a través de Only apartments y fue el dueño quién nos advirtió que la reserva sería anulada ya que Only Apartments no le paga y están en quiebra.

Hemos reclamado en diversas ocasiones y están en quiebra - las páginas como booking, tripadvisor y otras que les hacen de host debería eliminar todos sus pisos y prohibir que sigan engañando a gente

catastrophique!Réservation annulée pour cause de liquidation judiciaire nous avions laissé plus de 900 euros pour la réservation !!!

We are forced to cancel your booking as the company has been declared in a process of insolvency, the refund should be claimed according to the article 85 of the current “Ley Concursal” (Spanish Law) to the following address:cerbium or by post to 102 Escoles Pies Street, 08017 Barcelona (Spain), quoting as reference “Concurso voluntario abreviado no 204/2019”.

These documents must include the following information:

1. Information about the creditor identity, name, address, email

2. Information about the debt, specifying:

• Concept
• Amount
• Acquisition and expiration date
• Characteristics and classification claimed

If any special privilege is invoked, you should make reference to assets and rights affected
Please remind to enclose/attach all documents that support to the debt.

inacceptable, nous avions louer un appartement en Espagne pour notre lune de miel (fin mars 2019). 3 jours avant le départ, location annulée sans remplacement ni explication, donc nous avons été obligés de trouver autre chose.
Le pire c'est que je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée, ils disent être en liquidation judiciaire.
C'est une arnaque surtout ne réserver rien sur leur site.
