I ordered sun glasses from them almost 2 years ago now; I ordered them 2 months before I was due to go on holiday in July 2018. My holiday came, and the sunglasses never arrived. I sent multiple messages to their online chat, I received one reply from someone called “Maria” who said my order was being “held up by the sunglasses manufacturer”. As a result of this, I asked for my money back which she advised it would take “8 weeks” alarm bells were ringing so I asked to cancel my order, “Maria” claims she had “processed” my refund... after 10 days I hadn’t received my money back, then the 8 weeks had passed... I sent over 250 emails over the course of 2 years and I have not had one penny or response from them.

i did payd 145 eu. after 200 email 2 year i i still waiting my items never buy nothing f them !!!!

Mi hanno truffato sono due anni che aspetto il rimborso. Ho sentito che la sede é in Spagna.

A quanto pare il sito non esiste più...ho cercato oggi di collegarmi
perchè volevo vedere nel mio profilo se era stato fatto il 'famoso' rimborso della merce non ricevuta da un anno...
Praticamente saranno scappati con tutti i soldi, che spero gli servano per comprare SOLO medicine!
In ogni modo se dovesse riapparire in rete, NON FATE ACQUISTI DA LORO! SONO DEI TRUFFATORI!

Never received sunglasses for a Father’s Day present. Never got a refund. Asked lots of times and Was assured I would. Scam artists. Losers

é passato piu di un anno e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta in merito al mio rimborso n°603750.
Acquisto un paio di occhiali, in seguito alla loro comunicazione di ritardo annullo l'ordine e chiedo restituzione dei soldi, approvano il rimborso ma ad oggi non ho piu ricevuto loro riscontro.
Richiesta effettuata e accettatta da loro il 24 Luglio 2018, poi sono spariti.
Sono dei ladri.

This company have taken my money and never delivered any sunglasses to us, despite us emailing them several times. DO NOT order from them.

I lost €290 with this FRAUD company.
Its big money for me :(

I think you should create a zero star. cos that is what they deserve they are fraud and the worst company ever. I paid for 2 glasses and i never received any of them nor my money back. they have continued to ignore all my messages. they took away almost £200 since may 2018. and my silly bank can not do anything about it. they should be closed down and google should scrap them off from its search engine.

He tenido tres pedidos, 2 son Reyban y otra marca.Todos no son baratos han llegado perfecto sin duda boy a pedir mas.dos que son graduados.Todo perfecto.Gracias.

Scammers and cheats! They will take the moeny, then say out of stock, only so that you order another prodcut , hoping they will get more money and then they dissappear. I lost money and after refusing to order another product and asking for return, they stopped replying

Do not buy from this company. Ordered sunglasses August 2018 and still not had them despite emailing, online chats etc. They said they would refund and never have. Now trying to recover the money via credit card! Absolutely awful customer service. Total con. I’d rather give no stars!!

Absolute con artists....Nobody should have any dealings with these ‘crooks’

Ich habe im Juli 2018 eine Sonnebrille bestellt und über Amazon pay gezahlt.
Nie was bekommen, auf EMails wird nicht geantwortet, Amazon macht nix.

Disgraceful con artists!
Paid for sunglasses May 2018 and never arrived. E-mails ignored apart from one avoidant reply. Do not part with your hard earned cash to this lot. An expensive lesson learned on my part. Do not do the same.
