The transparent labels are great. They are easy to peel and apply to my product. I have been a repeat customer for a few years and will continue to order from here. The customer service is very professional and pleasant when placing an order over the phone.

His product was the best quality and shipped as soon as they promised. This is the first time I bought it and it was a good experience.

They don't let you pre-order sample to see if it fits your needs and your product. And when you order hundreds or thousands of the labels or stickers without getting your actual sample and then they come and it doesn't fit. Then you're stuck with this crap and you have wasted your money

I have been super happy with the quality and speed of Online Labels round custom labels on a roll over the last year. When I had an issue, they made it right at no cost and shipped the corrected labels. I will continue to order for my business- thanks!

I’ve had very few issues with their products and when I have, I was able to get through to Customer Service in just a few minutes and get answers/resolution. I called this morning to get help with my label printing. The phone operator IVAIS and MATT was of zero help. I asked to speak to a supervisor but IVAIS did not let me speak to a supervisor. Instead he came across rude with a negative attitude. The arrogant MATT said he is working for 4 years so I cannot bypass him and reach out to their corporate office. It is strange to see this company hires these kind of material to provide customer service. Needless to say, it is uncomfortable to call their customer service number after such blunt disregard.

havent got my ordre yet. i payed the 9th and was in my country the 22th and have been sitting in coustomes since... tried to contact Onlinelabels they just say we will contact you and dont do......

I have been purchasing labels from Online Labels for years now and have always received excellent customer service and quality labels from them.

The labels are quality, but if you attempt to print with them using their templates, it leaves a watermark making 25% of the labels useless. Just a huge waste environmentally and to all the small businesses that use their products.
