The folks at Packola are great to work with. They helped me understand the type and thickness of the shipping box I was looking for. The online designing tool is very easy to use, and my box design turned out exactly as I had imagined it to be!
Their prices are very competitive, so I'll be back with more orders in the very near future.

Terrible. I was on chat box for a couple hours throughout the morning. Then multiple phone calls. I'm still waiting for follow up on my custom order inquiry.

Design Software is easy to use and creates great labels, unit boxes & cartons

This was my first time ever creating anything like this and within a very short period I was able to choose and create the perfect mailer box. I can't believe it really turned out this nice!! It was even delivered 5 days early!

Don't bother placing an order!

This company sat with my order for full 15 days, despite multiple calls to find out order status. Then they said they could not fulfill the order because they had machine issues. We lost precious time and money on our own business, being unable to fulfill our orders on time as a result of this.

Great company super quick and good wuality

The process of creating my packaging was extremely simple. I love the online design tool that allows complete control over the design and provides an amazing, detailed visual of how the finished product will look. I was able to design the package specifically for my product - and at a very reasonable price point!

Would like quicker delivery times and not sucha. huge charge for rush delivery.

The production to delivery was long, I had to pay hundreds of extra dollars (almost as much as the boxes) in order to get them to me within 2 weeks.
