Canceled the order because of their mistake in graphics card description (they sold 4070 card as 4070 TI version). BTW they have sent an email that have dispatched the card, while that was not true. Almost a month after no refund. Initially they gave some excuses that waiting for money from supplier, 1-2 days more and more. Still no refund and they've stopped responding to my messages. Escalating to PayPal. Looks like a scam.

Issues resolved extremely well as I had an issue with an item, I had ordered the wrong part. The guys were extremely helpful, returned for free and a full refund was given so it didn’t cost me a penny. Will use again with this kind of ethos and commitment to customer satisfaction. Received a used monitor not a new one! Packaging was missing, no manual and box was held together with parcel tape. In order to get a refund I had to drive to a DPD collection point to return it.. Avoid at all costs

Ended up buying directly from LG. It was cheaper, delivered quickly and factory sealed as expected.

I ordered a Amd Ryzen 5 3600 and it came the next day when it was scheduled to come in two days. i am very happy with the early delivery and the cpu works perfectly. i’ve had so many problems with having to wait weeks for a cpu to be delivered but this company was just perfect they allowed to me to play my pc straight away

Delivery was much faster than the expected delivery date given at the time of purchase. Updates from DPD were also very useful. Good service all round

I ordered a graphic card in March which they did not have in stock. I do not normally give bad reviews for out-of-stock items as I understand that it can sometimes happen but they have not refunded me yet and it is May. I asked multiple times and have now gone via Paypal. It is shocking that a company can operate in this way.

I ordered a graphics card from this company, acted incredibly fast on the stock alert I’d set up and purchased it. After no communication from the company for 2-3 days, I was told that they didn’t have it in stock and that I’d be refunded. The company is unresponsive, small & doesn’t post on social media, as well as this looking like it’s a common theme among buyers. Go somewhere else.
