I contacted Boots online several times…
I contacted Boots online several times because I had received a package and wasn’t sure whether it was safe to use. Unfortunately, nobody was able to help me. After several frustrating attempts, I eventually had to search for the answer on Google myself. That really isn’t how customer support should work. I’m still a Boots customer, but I was honestly quite shocked and disappointed by the experience.

I find it so hard to get a further prescription . At the start I got a message and tick box to order again . Since then it’s become a real trial and I have had to make contact by phone .

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The repeat prescription process should be more straightforward, so it’s frustrating to hear that it became more difficult after your initial order and that you’ve had to call us to arrange your next prescription.
We do send reminders when it’s time to reorder, but there can be occasions where these aren’t sent at the expected time or technical issues prevent them from coming through. We’re continuing to work on improving this part of the service so reordering is more reliable and easier to manage.
