Very confusing experience due to a…
Very confusing experience due to a request form not being included in the kit. I made contact and was assured that as I didn't have one that one was being sent to the lab for me.
My sample was then thrown out by the lab due to not having one. Complete waste of time and money

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that a full refund has been processed. While we did attempt to resolve the issue by arranging for the request form to be sent directly to the lab, we sincerely apologise that this did not prevent your sample from being discarded.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we regret any inconvenience and wasted time this situation has caused.

When I go to boots
When I go to boots, they say prescription is not ready, I need to call to get the system done. The second time I order is a delivery, but you keep sending message to ask me to collect from boots, even now, but they are not in boots. It’s wasting my time
If the message is from the store, please ask them not to spam the message every few days, thank you!

We’ve looked into your orders and can see that your first order with us was for store collection, which may have contributed to the confusion. Your most recent order, however, was placed for home delivery. It was dispatched on 15th April, and tracking shows it was delivered on the 17th.
The text messages you’ve received are sent directly from the pharmacy, not from us, so this is something you would need to raise with the store directly to prevent further confusion.
We understand how inconvenient this experience has been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If there’s anything else we can help with, please feel free to reach out.
