I still feel the very inefficient GP system of getting patients to constantly request their life time medication is an ongoing high risk to patients plus increasing preventable hospital admissions
Patients on life time medication should have an automatic monthly prescription

Not the usual standard I would expect from Boots
I enquired when my prescription would be ready so that I could stay on track with my medication. I was told there might be a delay and to go to the store to check, but that wasn't particularly helpful. I don't live close to a store, and when I tried ringing the store for 2 days I got a busy signal.
