Hi Jeremiah, thank you for your comment, and we’re always here if you need any support in the future. Thanks for choosing Boots Online Doctor!
Terrible
Terrible, I need my refund for the medicine that I only took 3 months instead of the 6 months because the pharmacy I asked for didn't have it, they sent me to another pharmacy that refused to give me the medicine and now I want half of my amount refunded and they don't give me any support.

Svar fra Boots Online Doctor
Hi Paula, we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your medication and the issues you had with the pharmacies.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to be directed to another pharmacy, only to then be unable to collect your medication, and we appreciate that you were expecting support in resolving this.
Regarding your request for a refund, we’d be happy to look into what happened and review this with the relevant team. We’ll contact you directly through your account to discuss this further and provide an update. Thanks for choosing Boots Online Doctor!
Helpful advice and support
I’ve felt confident in the support and advice I’ve received from the online team from the start. It’s helped me steadily control my weight loss and hopefully maintain it going forward.

Good timely response
On the whole good responses and pretty quick too. Bit of a noncommittal answer to some very specific questions so not as pertinent an answer as you might get from an in-person appointment but largely ok.
