Fantastic service and what lovely people from start to finish cant praise enough would highly recommend

Staff were amazing, engineers friendly and helpful. Great price and a great boiler. Thank you!

Excellent communication. Always came straight back if I had queries. Very keen price. Boiler install carried out within a couple of days from enquiry. Engineers excellent. No fuss, knew their job, and left no mess. Talked us through operation of new boiler. Highly pleased with the entire process.

Price was half the price of any other quote for the same boiler! Amazing service, the guys showed up on exactly time and done a great job. I could not be happier!

Job done on time Friendly fitters who took time to explain the new system and good value for money

Fraser was extremely helpful and responded to messages straight away when my old boiler packed in. He was able to give me a cancellation slot the following week which was fantastic as I have a new baby, and needing hot water in a hurry is a must!! The installation guys were also top notch, helpful and installed with profession.

Everything went amazingly well. The online form was so easy to use and I received a reply in minutes. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently the next day by two very polite and respectful engineers. 100% recommend.

Hi just want say, what great service provided
At great price 👍
Keep up the good work.
The guys done great job

I highly recommend the online boiler company. Great communication from start to finish. Great service, and a great price. The entire install took 4.5 hours from start to finish. The guys arrived at 08:00 and where away by 12:30. No hassle and they cleaned up after themselves.

Great Service, no hassle, great price, did what they said they would do. Minimum interaction and Scott and Paddy were brilliant, 4.5 hours start to finish and punctual at 8am. Great workers, great guys and left house so tidy. Really pleased. 5 stars.

Excellent! Really good service from the guys! From when I first got in touch, got a quickly reply from Fraser and went through all the details with me, booked in the boiler replacement and managed to get them booked in just two days from when I got in touch! Paddy and Scott turned up bang on 8am like they said and blitzed through the work! Wouldn’t use anyone else now! Cheers again guys!

On arriving from England to holiday at my Sister's home,it was found that her Boiler had sprung a leak, after trying a quick repair,to no avail, and it being an old Vokera 29 Boiler, she decided to look at buying a new Boiler, she came across the advertisement for the Online Boiler Company, but was rather wary and hesitant of it being a scam because of the payment structure prior to installation ie: £100 Deposit on booking £619 payable 24 hrs prior to installation, and £280 cash at installation to the Engineer/Installer,after her doing a quick bit of research and background checks of the Company, and speaking to Fraser, she went ahead,Fraser confirmed that the Installer (Scotty)and his offsider (Paddy) would arrive next morning between 8am and 8.30am,which they duly did, much to my relief,as i had my reservations because of such a low price, where else can you get a fully installed Vokera Compact 'A' Wireless Remote Boiler with 5 yr Warranty for £999? the prices all seemed to start from ~£1600 for a new Boiler!!
In conclusion,my sister is delighted with the purchase, and the no fuss installation by the guys, and i am happy to have a warm house for the remainder of my holiday lol.

A big thanks, and a high recommendation to use this company if your in the market for a new Boiler.
Cheers Guys 👍👌

Working with the Online Boiler Company was a better experience than expected. I had no salesmen visit the house, it was all done by e-mail, with me sending a few pictures of old boiler and describing what I wanted. I found this very convenient as I could reply at my own speed without feeling pressure. However I did worry, unnecessarily, as I have never made a big purchase in this way, and their price was unbeatable by others. I had no need to worry, I got exactly what I asked for, when I wanted it. Boiler was installed by Scott and Paddy, and what a pair of characters, totally put my mind at ease. I was worried about the new outside piping as my neighbours looked ugly. Scott hid my pipe so it was not visible on outside wall. All in all, an excellent job done and a great experience.

This whole expirence excellent.
Easy online contact and clear information on what was on offer.
Instalation was exactly as was promised. The fitters JS Gracie Ltd were on time and dilligent......I have only good things to say about them.
As good an expirence as you could hope for.

Great service, good communication from start to finish.

Job done quickly, fitter was very friendly, did job efficiently, no fuss

The online boiler company, did exactly what they promised amazing service, professional and nothing was an issue, great unbeatable price and Scott and paddy fitted our new system in a morning.
Delighted with every aspect of the service.
I was hesitant at first but so glad I was contacted by frazer, straight forward transaction and in the middle of a pandemic they've fitted my new boiler in 2 days, AMAZING

Very happy with my new Bosh 2000 boiler.
Cheapest price anywhere.
Fantastic service, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable workmen. Quick installation and care taken to make pipework look nice against the property.

Full gas safety certificate and documentation provided on the day and boiler registered online with Bosh for 5 year guarantee.

Will recommend company to others.

firstly can I say how easy it is to deal with this company, you email them , you send them a couple of pictures, you tell them how many radiators you have, then they come back with a price which includes install, if you go ahead with the quote, ( you pay them upfront do not worry about this as they do deliver and your money is safe ) then they give you a date for install ( in my case just 3 days ) then you have a great gas safe instaler turns up on time, shows great care with your kitchen , and is very safe during his time in your house, and all this is compleated with no fuss , no one puts presure on you to buy as it is all compleated with a couyple of emails , it is just an easy process from start to finish ( all this at a fantastic price and with a long guarantee ) what more can anyone ask for!.

Just had new boiler fitted, great service , would recommend to anyone, had a problem after fitting , this was rectified same day after phone call , so rather than this being something to complain about , it actually gives reassurance that installers provide a great service and are dependable.

As already stated would recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler at a competitive price , backed up with great customer service and support form installers

Top notch company. Everything explained. No hidden catches. Everyone involved were friendly, open & honest. Everything as described. On time, professional & courteous. Would highly recommend for all the right reasons. Thanks !
