I had an issue with the Myson plinth heater that stopped working in the kitchen. It turns out the plinth heater was not faulty. My central heating system needed rebalancing. Myson's technical support team sent me an email with possible causes and solutions. Their advice solved the problem immediately and the plinth heater is working extremely well. I was impressed with this service on a unit that was out of warranty and with no financial gain for Myson. Really grateful and impressed.

We an elderly couple and recently moved into our new home, and I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure out the heating system. I called the Myson support line and spoke to a gentleman who was an absolute star.
He was incredibly patient and took the time to talk me through all the different options available, with no rushing at all. He then clearly explained exactly how to set up the system and use it properly. What could have been a very stressful experience was made simple and easy, all thanks to his expertise and willingness to help.
This is what great customer care looks like. I couldn't be happier with the service and 100% recommend this company!

I bought the Unisenza Plus Electronic Thermostatic Head as a cost-effective way to control multiple radiators individually, and overall, it’s been a good investment.
The setup process wasn’t the most intuitive — the interface and pairing steps could definitely be clearer. After running into some initial problems, I contacted customer support, and they were excellent. They guided me step by step through the proper reset and setup process for each valve, and everything has worked smoothly since.
Now that it’s up and running, the system gives me a convenient room-by-room overview and precise temperature control, which really helps with comfort and energy efficiency. A bit of a learning curve at the start, but once configured properly, it performs very well.

The weld on the radiator failed after 6 years and has resulted in a leak in our bedroom where we have our 5 month old baby. These things happen but great that the radiator has a stared 10 year warranty. Went to avail of the warranty and the company just flat out rejected that it was due to an issue with the radiator itself and blamed my system. What a disgrace to offer a 10 year warranty when they have no intention of actually following through. Avoid.

A four year old towel rail and already rusting. Not our problem says Myson....don't put damp towels on your towel rail. It's a towel rail for goodness sake! This company is unreal. I'm so sorry to see so many customers like me that have suffered from Myson's inability to face their product shortcomings. How do they stay in business?

I needed to swap 3 Rad’s that where unopened, yet they point blank refused. I’ve never had this before from any manufacturer I’ve used in over 8 years of running a business. Most companies would just charge a small re stocking fee at worst
I find this absolutely shocking customer service when I’ve forked out nearly £4000 on radiators and the 3 radiators are not unusual sizes.
From this experience I will never fit again and will make sure to let any other fellow tradesman I know how poor their customer service is. It’s made me look bad to the customer and the plumbers merchant also.
Avoid. I should have gone to Screwfix…

I bought 3 whispa III toe kick heaters. One was a damaged return that was resold as new. I called myson and they referred me to a supply company they use to replace a simple plastic switch. I was going to accept a discount and use as an extra. The switch was quoted at $102.00.I tried Google lens and found same switch at multiple places for $21.00. So instead of letting them gouge me for $80.00 I am sending both units back and leaving appropriate reviews where I can find them mentioned.
If you don't mind paying 5 times the price for parts go ahead and buy from them. If you want honest good service do not deal with this company.
The part company that quoted the price said they were going to check with myson before quoting the outrageous price. I guess when temperatures are in the teens they think they can charge anything they want to. Horrible service.

I have a brand new house, and the developer installed Myson radiators. After just 6 months the radiators started to rust and paint started peeling off them! Contacted Myson who weren’t in the slightest bit interested in this at all. No aftercare. The radiators should last a reasonable amount of time. I am going to report to Trading Standards as should not be able to sell faulty radiators to customers. Looking at other reviews seems like there is a manufacturing issue with these radiators.

I would like to make an ammendment to my original Myson Review 2/4/24 & in particular say Thank You to Michael(hope i spelt it right) for being very Patient whilst we went through the Myson Heating Pt2....
Honestly i did find it very tricky to work through the manual(s) way too many options that then leads to confusion...
However - Thanks to Michael & his Patience we are in a much better place & feel that my original objective ( to be eable to maunally turn on & off without having to resort to this or that programme has been achieved)
So it looks like i have bucked the trend on Myson Reviews - Thanks Rob

I have now experienced a weld fault on original and 2 replacement Towel Rails in one location over 13 years.
2 other identical Myson Towel Rails on system, neither of which have experienced a problem.
Water system checks by Fernox satisfactory.
System design by bona fide Services Consultant, installation by qualified Plumbing Contractors all overseen by myself, a qualifed architect.
I am wondering if there is a 'Post Office' syndrome prevailing as I am told by Myson Customer Service that my problem is unique....apparently Myson have return rate of less than 0.1%.
Leaving aside initial high purchase cost, the installation of replacement Towel Rails has been hugely expensive and inconvenient and am now faced with sourcing alternative specification with associated disturbance of finishes.
From previous posts it appears there is a history of product failure, so am I unique?

Terrible customer service! I telephoned Myson for some advice about a faulty radiator. I was promised a call back, it never happened. I then filled out a contact form on the website hoping that someone from Myson would reply. There has been no reply. I am an installer not general public but they still don't want to know. Avoid Myson is my advice!!

Dont believe any "warranty" that proclaim with radiators.
Significant corrosion after 1 year and they refuse to acknowledge it stating not covered. Seen radiators 40 years old in better condition
