They are scammers, they send you the wrong part and when you discover they tell you ist not hours.

Leider sehr zäh das ganze, warte seit über 3 Wochen auf mein Paket!! Zuerst wurden beschädigte Teile geliefert an den Händler, hierfür kann er natürlich nichts. Habe das aber auch erst durch Nachfrage erfahren, niemand hat mich dort informiert. Erreichbarkeit ist auch eher mäßig, ich würde hier nichts mehr bestellen...

Mercedes-Benz original Teile bestellt, original Teile bekommen!
Preis Leistung auch sehr gut.
Teile waren gut verpackt und kamen zeitnah!

I was looking for a set of spare European headlamps for a 1997 Toyota Century GZG50 from Japan. The few shops that sell the Japanese spare parts is already rare, but to find the European parts was even more difficult. I mailed a bunch of shops around the world but none, except for Online Teile, could guarantee the delivery.

When I mailed this shop's customer service to ask about the availability of these headlamps (as the site listed them as out-of-stock) they responded within a day. And they assured me they could deliver them to me soon.

Thus, I ordered a set of these rare headlamps, and two weeks later they arrived at my home in the Netherlands. Brand new in their original Toyota/Lexus packaging.

The package was delivered but the original package with the parts was opened and one part was missing. At the same time, the shipping box in which there was a package with a set of parts was sealed and was not visually opened.
The store refused to send the missing parts. They offered to return the parts, but they also refused to compensate the custom charge that I paid for. I do not recommend contacting this company, you will lose money and time.

However, if you require timely delivery, I would strongly recommend considering alternative options.

In summary, while the prices on this website may be attractive, the slow response from customer service, extended preparation time, and unexpected increase in shipping costs have made my experience less than ideal. If time is of the essence for your purchase, it may be best to explore other alternatives.

Für einen Jeep Grand Cherokee hatte ich einen Satz Scheinwerfer bestellt.
Die Horizontalverstellung eines Scheinwerfers war defekt.
Eine Ersatzlieferung lehnte der Verkäufer ab, aber der Rücksendung der Scheinwerfer stimmte er zu.
Den Rückversand musste ich selbst bezahlen und eine Erstattung hat nicht stattgefunden.
Das nenne ich gewerbsmäßigen Betrug und ich werde wohl Anzeige erstatten!

I recently ordered a bumper grill together with a blinker for the mirror. Both parts were not so easy to find. After providing my chassis number, I received the parts to be ordered, which ultimately turned out to be original and the price was good.

Es wurde eine Anfrage zu einer Türverkleidung Toyota Yaris gestellt. Da wurde mir der Mondpreis von über 600.-€ und einer Lieferzeit von 2 Wochen genannt.

Neupreis über den Händler Direkt dann an die 150.-€.

Habe eine Spreizniete bestellt, weil meine kaputt war die kostet 3,33 € dann kam noch 5 Euro Mindermengenzuschlag dazu und dann noch 6,50 € Versand für so ein kleines Teil reine abzocke.

Ich habe dort für meinen w124 Stoßstangenhalterungen bestellt insgesamt 3 stk. zu 20€. Ich habe dann auch einen geliefert bekommen, fertig. Dann gings los mit Nachfrage meiner Seite aus per Telefon, immer in der Zentrale ( BALD Automobile GmbH) gelandet von ( deren Onlineshop https://www. online-teile .com/ ) zuständige Abteilung war nie erreichbar. Diese würden mich zurückrufen. Jetzt sind seit Bestellung fast zwei Wochen her und keiner ruft zurück. Also tägliches Prozedere anrufen und vertröstet werden. Parallel habe ich nach der zweiten Vertröstung angefangen E-mails zu schreiben, dies ebenfalls bisher ohne Erfolg. Also Lektion gelernt, selbst etwas exotischere Ersatzteile per E-Bay und co kaufen. Hatte ich davor auch gemacht und werde ich nun wieder tun.

Har flere gange handlet her til min BMW MC. Helt uden problemer. Rimelige priser og leverings tid.

When they can't find it elsewhere they say the part is not available and will refund your deposit.
People searching for auto parts doesn't have a week or so to wait for a confirmation. If you show something available you should have it.

Auto Hövel (betreiben unter anderem auch die Webseite online-teile.com) ist leider ein sehr unseriöses und unsicheres Unternehmen.

Nach Beauftragung eines IT-Projektes zur Integration eines weiteren Moduls in den (verhaltenen) Shop des Unternehmens weigert sich Herr Hövel, dass Projekt angemessen und wie vereinbart zu bezahlen. Selbst zu einem Kompromiss zeigt er sich nicht bereit, sondern verweigert jedwede Lösung. Sein einziges Angebot liegt ca. 85% unter den tatsächlich vereinbarten Kosten.

Ausserdem stellte sich im Rahmen des Projektes heraus, dass die verwendete Shop-Software durch eigene Erweiterungen zahlreiche Sicherheitslücken enthält, die Angreifern ermöglicht, sämtliche Kundendaten und Transaktionen einzusehen und abzurufen.
