I don’t think humans are responding to e mails . I have been e mailing them for weeks and receiving what seems to be an AI generated response and no results . They billed me and I don’t use the app I still haven’t heard if I will be getting a refund

Anche secondo me è una truffa!! Nel giro di 5 minuti ho sottoscritto il programma (15 € e qualcosa) e poi mi sono accorta che avrei pagato più di 30 € tra un mese. Ho disdetto tutto (almeno spero) , adesso starò a vedere se mi restituiranno i soldi!!
Da notare come le risposte negative siano in inglese, neutre a quelle poche recensioni positive è risposto in italiano!

I love this app
I love this app, had it for 1 week and already I have lost half a stone 👏
It motives me to eat more healthy and also to get my steps in.
It's expensive compared to other apps though but worth it to see the weight come off.

I really like the app
I really like the app. It offers practical guidance every day and the support gets better every day. All helpful and useful advice which allows me to follow each step in a manageable way. Only thing I'd change is proper notice that a discounted fee then rolls you into a monthly fee. Having read other reviews, I then checked and canceled the subscription. I think OMO are missing a trick. The app is very good but perhaps the discounted fee could be for a time period only and then OMO send out a reminder that the user can continue to use the app. Makes using it more friendly and appealing. And allows the consumer to feel they are in control of the finance side. However, I definitely recommend the app and will certainly use it for as long as I feel it is helping.

Please Do Not Get Scammed By These People!!!
I had been looking for an app to assist with my weight loss journey. I found this one and thought the $15.13 a month was pretty nice, still wanted to think about it first though. Well it subscribed somehow as I was hit with a $38 charge. I cancelled the subscription and then emailed requesting refund. I was advised a refund could not be given but was offered a year’s subscription for free for the trouble. Now what sense does that make to not want to give a refund for a month or two of services but instead provide a whole 12 month of services for free??? Plus the subscription showed the monthly amount of $15.13 but they charged me $38. This is fraudulent and I don’t want any part of it. I just want my money back and be done with it. Customers please be careful so you’re not cheated out of your money!
1/6/25 - I have responded each and every time that I do not want 12 months of service free, I advised I want my money back. I have said this three times to each of your responses. Why would I want it for free if I don’t want it at all??? Don’t make it sound like I haven’t responded to you all when I have. I want my money back!

Avoid at all costs - target weight is dangerously low 63.5 POUNDS
I didn't even get as far as downloading the App. Their weight recommendation for me is 63.5 POUNDS!! When I contacted them pointing out I would be dead if my weight went that low they told me I can easily change my target weight. They are missing the point that their recommended weight is beyond dangerous.

Ok app, will not cancel despite numerous attempts.
It was an alright app but not worth the cost to me so I cancelled after the first week I was billed...So I thought. My subscription is inactive but the billing keeps going. I have emailed, canceled as it said through the app, called to complain to my CC company (who thought they had blocked the merchant), but the charges continue coming, nobody gets back to me. Don't start this trap!

There was no mention of an automatic renewal after the trial period. I was accosted to pay $98.73 CAD this and I am assuming every month thereafter. Please just cancel my subscription. Your app never made this automatic renewal transparent to me. There are much cheaper alternatives out there. I want a refund. Please post your customer support email for the refund. Thanks.

Appalling! First of all, I didn’t rate the app at all and felt stupid for wasting £15 on the introductory offer. I had assumed it would come with a fitness plan, but you pay extra for that. My bad, I should have checked. However, after checking the app for account information to ensure there was no rolling subscription attached to this, I could find no reference to anything. Imagine the irk when they syphoned £38 from my account for the following month. Then they state that you have to log in to their website to cancel. Which I then did, but they refuse point blank to refund my money, then compound ghis by offering a year’s free use of their useless app. I’ll suck it up as others have… but avoid these scam artists.

I signed up for an introductory offer 15 I did not sign up for a subscription
However I have just been charged £39 for a month and apparently that was the deal. I did not get a confirmation when I joined as I would have queried this. I feel like I have be scammed the customer service were unhelpful and condescending. The money was pending to come out but they refused refund.
Your response as pleasant as it is does not fill me with confidence. I am still left £40 out of pocket. Your team have more or less just said tough luck, I should read the small print

SCAM!!! I contacted the customer services as I was charged £38 two months running despite not setting up any reoccurring payments. The customer services told me that payments are auto renewed despite no clear communication of this! Peter the apparent “supervisor” offered a year subscription for the app, which I do not use, and labelled it “free” subscription after I just paid £90 unwillingly!!! Scam!!!

BEWARE they are a scam and you can’t cancel they make it that way. I have been charged different amounts every month. They won’t give me my money back at all. Biggest Fraud Ever
BLUF: Cancelled in September, September 13, 2024 to be exact, was billed 25.99 but was told no takesies backsies, no refunds. I charged that to the game and moved on. Fast forward to December 12, 2024, these guys tried to bill my account $66. This is three months AFTER cancelation. I get a fraud alert at 3 am from the bank. I just happened to be at my night gig when l got the alert. I talked to the bank that day we decided to block the merchant so l can keep my card open because of the shopping season. Fast forward to this morning, the next day, I get another alert from the bank about the same thing. I call try to resolve the same way, the bank says no, not this time. Why? Because this POS company tried to hit my account four times between the hours of 3am-9am forbthe second day in a row! Almost $300 in charges per day!! FOH!!! I emailed the company while at the night gig and told them to knock it off. The response says oh, send us a screen shot of the charge so we can resolve. Nope, l can't send you isht. You already have my card and tried hitting 4 times in the wee hours of the morning. Screw you and l can't WAIT to post this on Beyonce's internet. So here I am on Trustpilot fulfilling my promise to them and TP's constitency.
Do what you want but I don't believe any of these positive reviews are real and there are too many similarities between the negative stories for them to be false. There is nothing necessarily wrong with the app, it's just nothing special and there are other diet and nutrition apps that do the same thing, cheaper, better, faster, etcetera.
A word to the wise, you will cancel and months later these jive ssa shysters will be trying to stick you for over double what you originally paid. Oh, and l got offered that "oh our bad let us give you a free subscription for a year so you don't cancel" run-down as well, I can only imagine what would have happened if l had accepted that. I bet that's the way they convince the bank that the charges are real by accepting a year long free trial, you end up authorizing future charges.
Look, at all these reviews, just don't do it. Pick another app. There are many more that are legitimate and cheaper. These cats are bad news.
