L application Omo propose un bilan du poids actuel et du poids idéal. Puis il faut télécharger l application sur portable. Or celle ci est trop lourde pour mon téléphone. J ai donc demandé à être remboursée des 2 fois 38,95€. Sans succès. J ai cru faire opposition à ma CB. Mais je considère les prélèvements comme une arnaque.

OMO App
Just been using the app for week or so. Not able to include amount of steps taken daily. Thought there might be meal plans but there isn’t. Now when I tap on app nothing h comes up , it’s a completely blank page. Emailed them with no reply. I have also cancelled subscription as I feel it’s not up to the standard I expected. It is disappointing because it’s the first time I’ve used this kind of app and I’ll not be using any other one. Perhaps I should have researched it first. That would have been the most sensible thing to do so I could have then made an informed decision.

Ich habe mich vor 3 Monaten in der App…
Ich habe mich vor 3 Monaten in der App angemeldet und für 3 Monate Mitgliedschaft ca 25 EUR gezahlt. Nicht gezwungenermaßen, dazu hab ich mich entschieden. Hab dann leider sehr schnell festgestellt dass die App für mich nicht das Richtige ist und nachdem es für mich nicht ersichtlich war, dass eine explizite Kündigung nötig ist, die App gelöscht. Vor 2 Tagen dann kam von PayPal die Nachricht, dass OMO in etwa 66 EUR für weitere 3 Monate eingezogen hat. Diesen Betrag wollte ich natürlich nicht zahlen und hab erst mal versucht, die Zahlung zu stoppen was über PayPal nicht möglich ist. Danach hab ich sofort OMO kontaktiert und auch sehr schnell eine Antwort, nicht computergeneriert, erhalten. Wir haben dann über eine Spanne von 4-5 Emails eine Lösung gefunden, mit der beide Seiten gut leben können. Dazu möchte ich aber ausdrücklich festhalten, dass ich freundlich und respektvoll mit OMO kommuniziert habe. Ich wurde nicht ausfallend und habe gedroht, sondern freundlich ersucht eine Lösung zu finden. Und siehe da - es hat geklappt!
Abschließend kann ich also sagen: die App war für mich nichts, kann für andere aber genau das Richtige sein, deshalb kann ich darüber nichts schlechtes sagen. Der Austausch mit dem Unternehmen war sehr gut, es wurde schnell geantwortet und eine gute Lösung gefunden. Deshalb auch die 4 Sterne, da sich eine Bewertung meiner Meinung nach nicht ausschließlich auf ein Produkt beziehen muss, sondern sehr wohl auch den Kundensupport mit einbeziehen kann. Und letztendlich gilt auch hier wie für alle anderen online abgeschlossenen Verträge: GENAU schauen! ;)

It’s a disappointment
It’s a disappointment. I’ve used a better app than this for weight lose. Without paying immediately. The app doesn’t allow us to cancel subscription in any ways! Not thru app nor website. They suggested that I delete the app what a joke.
Frauds
Edit after reply: there is no option to unsubscribe in profile. U have terms and conditions you have policy details. No option to get out of the app except to delete profile n uninstall the app!

I’m still trialling
I downloaded the app and did a subscription for the first month $15.95 . The next month was gonna cost me $38 so I cancelled my subscription , no problems doing it.

I was disappointed though that the app doesn’t allow me to add my aerobics workout and put the burned calories in my meal log. I was able to add my other health app to read intake from that..
I like the idea of being able to track what I eat because that’s where I’m hopeless 😂
I’ll give it the month and if I’m happy with it and see good results I may resubscribe

Il faut faire attention avec cette…
Il faut faire attention avec cette application qui pratique la vente forcée. Vous pensez acheter un mois de service à un c'est en réalité un achat avec tacite reconduction.
Et bien évidemment le prix n'es pas celui du premier mois. Pour annuler l'abonnement rien n'est apparent, il faut un mode opératoire pour pouvoir s'en sortir.

I went through the process of signing up to get more information. I never set up a user name or log in but somehow they have charged me each month for subscription.
There is NO customer service to request a refund. Just an automated response giving you lifetime access if you dont cancel.
I had to cancel my credit card to get the payments to stop

Questa app è una truffa.... Dopo aver scaricato l'applicazione e pagato 15.19 per un mese doveva arrivare un piano mai arrivato, il mese successivo ho trovato addebito di 38.95 per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto. Ho annullato tutto, sono in attesa se anche questo mese mi fanno un addebito .

They make you do a quiz and then pay…
They make you do a quiz and then pay for it with implying that you are paying for a meal plan and so on but then when you download the app it’s a basic caloric counter that other apps are free for.. I spoke with them and they refuse to even except the fact that it’s a scam and don’t provide refunds at all after explaining that I was scammed. Don’t use them ever.

L’application est une grosse arnaque…
L’application est une grosse arnaque ils débitent 6€, puis ensuite 17€ et après ils te répondent que c’est de ta faute et jusqu’où ça va aller comme ça parce qu’on ne peut rien modifier. L’application ne fonctionne pas. Bref c’est une horreur !!!!!!
