Update: Olivia from OMO reached out and worked diligently to resolve the issue and I now have access to the OMO app, still no meal plan but hey you can't win them all.. Thanks Olivia!! Its a scam!!!!!! I purchased a meal plan, was charged however I was not able to log in to my account. I tried to reset my password the link was never sent to me, I didn't receive the meal plan. You bet I canceled. Don't waste your time and money.

Son unos miserables y sólo están interesados en sacarle el máximo dinero a la gente. Te cuelan la renovación automática y te cobran el precio máximo. Aunque les expliques que ha sido un error y que ya no usas la aplicación no te devuelven el dinero. No usen OMO, usen otra empresa digna de su dinero porque esta no lo es.

Honteusement du vol
L’application en soi est bien faite (si on parle anglais) par contre, je pense qu’elle ne convient pas à tout le monde, j’ai en effet suivi à la lettre le régime pendant 4 semaines et je n’ai pas perdu 1kg…
Le pire étant que j’avais pris cet appli pour 15€ payable une seule fois pour avoir accès à l’app pendant 3 mois, et j’ai la surprise ce soir d’être prélevée de 38,95€ c’est une honte et du vol qualifié, j’entends bien me faire rembourser

L'application Omo est nulle
L'application Omo présentée par Instagram pose beaucoup de questions, mais surtout : elle est vraiment nulle ! Ne sert à rien, à part à scanner le aliments pour en donner (supposément) le nombre de calories. Les pseudo-conseils sont vraiment standard et bidon. 3 notofications par jour pour me dire de boire de l'eau : ça fait cher la notification ! Aucun intérêt ! J'ai perdu de l'argent (et non pas du poids) pour rien et je déconseille fortement !

De andere kant van het verhaal
Ik moet alles wat hier staat toch even nuanceren.
Gisteren kocht ik in een vlaag van impulsiviteit en verveling de Omo-app en had ik me vastgezet voor meteen een abonnement van 12 weken met renewal voor een jaar (of zoiets).
Pas nadien (ja stom, I know) ben ik alle reviews gaan lezen en schrok ik me een bult.
Ik heb dus meteen mijn abonnement gecancelled. Normaalgezien zou ik dan nog de 12 weken waar ik voor betaald had hebben kunnen gebruiken, maar aangezien ik me niet gerust voelde heb ik meteen een volledige refund aangevraagd!
Deze werd meteen via mail bevestigd en de dag zelf stond het geld terug op mijn rekening!
Helemaal geen fraude of oplichting wat mij betreft dus!
Vond het toch belangrijk om even te melden. Als het slecht gaat schreeuwt men moord en brand, maar als het goed gaat mag het ook eens gezegd worden.
Ik heb eigenlijk spijt dat ik het heb opgezegd…

Es kostet etliche Emails den Betrag von ca. 66€ zurück erstattet zu bekommen.

Absolute waste of time and money
Absolute waste of time and money. No personalised plan at all sent .
Doesn’t offer any structure plan , just a glorified food log which I have already which is free . Very disappointed .

Péssima aplicação
Péssima aplicação, enganam , Não recomendo.
Eu fechei a aplicação para um mês que informaram que era o valor de 15.19, pois bem, após realizar o pagamento eu vi na aplicação que ia descontar outro valor de 30€ e alguma coisa no mês de fevereiro, interessante que quando você fecha aparece que está com um valor promocional, porém não informam que terá que pagar outros meses.
Eu fiz o cancelamento no mesmo momento e até a presente data não fizeram o reembolso, eu recebo a notificação que fizeram o reembolso mais até o momento eu não vi o valor entrar na conta, eu achei uma enganação.

I wish I could give them negative
I wish I could give them negative. They just deduct my money without my knowledge and when I asked for refund they simply refused to refund, instead they are saying that I can use their product for whole year .. I don’t wanna use your product I just want my money back.. but they simply looted my money and refused to return. Never recommend to anyone

This app is shit, they are thieves, they take money from your card and when you complain to them you send them an email and they reply that they cannot give you your money back, do not download this app you have to report it, they have already scammed many people

They auto charged my card over $60 for…
They auto charged my card over $60 for a 3 month subscription with no email or text warning at all. I emailed them within 5 minutes of the charge to cancel and get a refund but they claim due to the policies on their website they will not be refunding anything. They are predatory and dishonest. They claim that because of some hidden policy on their website they are allowed to do this. Awful customer service and while I can appreciate the concept of the app, the execution is not there. Strongly recommend against it and if you did try the trial make sure you cancel right away or you will be charged with no recourse aside from disputing with your bank.
All bad.

Auto- Renewal as standard.
Purchased app and couldn’t get access to cancel subscription. I sent an email asking them to ensure it didn’t auto renew.. Nothing really worked on the app and I didn’t really use the app, as it was not fit for purpose.
Heard nothing until it auto renewed following loads of updated info t&c in Dec and probably the first email I’ve ever received from them saying they’d auto renewed and taken my payment. I emailed and logged on to try and cancel and have not heard a word from them, hence this review.
Update. Added a star following a mutual agreement following this review.
Please ensure you’re aware of the auto renewal, as this occurs as standard.

I wouldnt even think about joining this company to diet. I took out a special offer of £15 for one month to tey it out. The following month it £38 out of my account. I hadn't renewed it but they said i had taken it out for
2 Month. There was no way i would have done this as what is the point if i see no improvement in my weight. They refused to give me my money back but offered me a years free subscription?? Just give me the £38 makes more sense. Stay away anybody who is thinking of joining

Terrible App
Terrible App – Total Scam!
This is hands down the worst weight loss app I’ve ever used. First of all, it’s ridiculously expensive for what it offers—My fitness pal is much better and it’s free. But the real scam? If you ever log out, you CAN’T log back in without paying AGAIN! Who does that?!
I made the mistake of logging out, thinking I could just sign back in later, and boom—locked out unless I repurchase.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app. It’s a ripoff designed to drain your wallet, not help you get fit. Zero stars if I could!

This is a scam, do not use. I am in the same predicament as others. I paid for the initial 3-month package, didn’t end up using it beyond a week or two, then forgot about it. Woke up today to a $65 charge for auto-renewal that I was not warned about. I am currently emailing with someone named “Jules” who feels like a bot. Completely unethical company.
Update: I contested this with my bank, and they refunded me. It is standard practice to receive notification/reminder of any autorenewal charge you knowingly or unknowingly agreed to. This company did not do that. Makes you wonder…

Unauthorised direct debits
These people have without authorisation direct debited my credit card without permission $110 per month AUD . This is a scam business that exists to get your credit card details. Stay away.
Working to resolve with my bank now.
