Omegawalk Anmeldelser

This shoes is very light and comfortable during a long hour of work. I also had problem with the shipping during the purchase, but their team helped right away to solve my problem. I definitely recommend for others , and I'll definitely come back next time to buy more.

Absolute rubbish shoes how they have the cheek to advertise them as orthopaedic is beyond me they smell awful of glue and the soles are cheap plastic, slippy and dangerous. Worth about £5 that's how cheaply made they are .

Shoes were too small despite ordering a size up from my regular. They were described as having a wide toe box but they don't and there are spelling mistakes on a very prominent label on the tongue. Most of the reviews on their own site are just a string of keywords; not genuine reviews.

This is a rip off company selling sub standard shoes you would find in a market place for about 10.00 what ever you do donot buy x

The customer service was great! There was a complication when I received my order and they were very quick to respond, super accommodating, polite, and very helpful with resolving the issue! I would definitely order from them again in the future!

Shoes are good but I am size 5 normally, but the shoes I ordered I needed 5.5 , which I found out after ordering. Team extremely helpful listened to my issue and resolved straight way. Really pleased with service and product.

I ordered and am trying to check in on the status and suddenly the URL link wont work. I think they took their site down. Ill be disputing with my back cause who am i going to contact now?

I seen these shoe on the web site. Im so glad I order them. These are the most comfortable shoes ever. They are true to size so get a size up. I promise you will love these shoes. I tried them on and it feels like your walking on air.

When I ordered the Ortho Balance/ All purpose shoe, I was so excited! It only took about a week for them to arrive and when they did, they were everything I thought they would be. Both Stylish and extremely comfortable.

Amazing customer experience would recommend . Fixed the issue right away

This company delivery a great product and delivered in the time stated. When I received the goods the sizing wasn't great but they arranged for another sizing to be send to me without any issues and cost. I was very impressed with the service and will definately be ordering again. Thank you so much.

I love my Noveras! Style AND comfort at the same time. Wow. My feet are well supported and my back doesn’t hurt anymore if I stand for a long time.
And the customer service is out of this world. I sincerely recommand Omega walk.

Great customer service very understanding about their customers needs, I will shop here anytime.

Ordered Omega Glides, came within a week. Had an issue with fit but customer support was there to help and we sorted it out quickly. Very happy with fit and finish of product

Please do not buy from Omega walk. These trainers are coming from china not the Uk. It is most likely drop shipped. I placed an order and cancelled it within 10 mins after ordering it.They decided to send the package anyway. I sent an email the same day but they didnt reply until 2 days after. I have been asking for a full refund ever since. They even said they are willing to give me 50% back and keep the trainers .The trainers came in my letter box yesterday 18 days after ordering. I emailed them to tell them that they need to send a pre paid stamp for me to return it. They act like I never contacted them before. They gave an address and told me I have to pay for the return, but still offering to give me 40% back and to keep the trainers. MInd you when i opened the package there was a horrible smell. I took photos and packed it back for return.

Customer service was quick to get back to me. I ordered shoes in my size, but I would recommend going one size up, as unfortunately one pair did not fit. Bizarrely the other pair had a better fit, although they are still a bit snug! I will say, that the pair that fits, is very comfortable! Customer service was happy to arrange a replacement in the larger size for the pair that did not fit.

Good fast customer service answering all queries promptly. Happy with my order. Good delivery service too.

Please do not buy from them it is a fraud . No one replies back, trying to get a refund back and are not replying, no one cares. The company it is not UK and the sites says yes but it is in Singapore, if I knew that never would’ve buy anything.
