The service and timely repairs are outstanding. You made it easy to file my claims when needed. This is what made me get another extended warranty with the company I have used this company since 2017. If you go elsewhere to get an extended warranty you are making a mistake. Omega Car Care is where it’s at!!!!

Omega denied my claim
Omega denied my claim. They said all lubricated parts was covered. We had to take them to court and was awarded $7,000 in damages. If they would have approved it woud have save them $2,000. The judge said they are getting a large amount of claims for warranty companies.

Omega Auto Care offers commendable customer service during business hours, and my claims were processed quickly. However, there are several areas where the consumer experience could be significantly improved.
1. Coverage Limits on Benefits
One major issue is the dollar value caps on benefits. For example, my oil change for my 2021 Kia Forte at a Kia dealer cost $112.74, while Omega Auto Care only covers up to $55. This disparity is frustrating and feels inadequate for customers who expect comprehensive support.
2. Limited Operating Hours
I scheduled my oil change on a weekend, only to discover that Omega Auto Care does not operate during those hours. This lack of weekend service forced me to pay upfront and later submit a claim for reimbursement. It would be beneficial for the company to consider offering weekend service or at least a way to pre-arrange claims for weekend appointments. Many customers, like myself, have busy schedules and would appreciate more flexible options.
3. Reimbursement Methods
While I appreciate the quick processing of my claim, I found the reimbursement method to be inconvenient. Receiving a prepaid Mastercard instead of a direct deposit or Zelle transfer adds an extra layer of complexity. Keeping track of a digital card and its balance can be cumbersome, and I believe that offering more straightforward reimbursement options would enhance the customer experience.
Suggestions for Improvement
To better serve customers, I suggest considering the following:
Higher Coverage Limits: Offering a plan with higher coverage limits for common services like oil changes would make the service more appealing.
Flexible Payment Options: Implementing a yearly entitlement for car maintenance funds would allow customers to allocate their coverage as needed, enhancing the overall value of the plan.
Expanded Service Hours: Providing weekend service or the ability to pre-arrange claims for weekend appointments would greatly improve accessibility for busy customers.
In conclusion, my experience with Omega Auto Care has been mixed. While the quick claims processing is a positive aspect, the low coverage limits, limited operating hours, and inconvenient reimbursement methods detract from the overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to improvements that benefit all customers.

I got left stranded 268 miles from home and Omega did not send anyone out to get me home safe. I had to pay for my own Tow service and did NOT even get reimbursed by them for the $100.00 even though I paid 1500.00. I can honestly state Do NOT Utilize Their Service.

Save yourself from dealing with the worst and rudest customer service department I have ever experienced.
Called to cancel an extended service policy I had unfortunately agreed to, and had the biggest run around I have ever had, and I am very old! After calling the number for the advisor I had dealt with, I was told he was not available. I had not given him my VIN # or odometer number and that’s all the rude girl wanted from me! I asked to speak to him again and she put me on hold for a long time. Finally I talked to Samuel, who was polite, and told him to please cancel my extended warranty. He was polite and said he would take care of that and that I would receive an email with a confirmation number. However, after waiting for quite a long time; I never received an email.
So called back and spoke to the rude customer service girl who told me I could not speak to Samuel, that my money was refunded to my debit card and that I WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING AN EMAIL!!! I said Samuel told me that I WOULD BE RECEIVING AN EMAIL WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
She then said, “Not happening!”
I unfortunately forgot to ask to speak to her boss. So my advice: Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a company that hires such rude employees representing customer service!
It’s not a good warranty
It’s not a good warranty. My sun roof on my 2020 palisade broke. I took it in to a dealership to get fixed. The dealership called me and advised that Omega would not cover it because a part that broke is part of the body and they don’t fix body. I wasn’t in a car accident. My sunroof didn’t close properly and something broke. I had to pay the diagnostic fee because this warranty didn’t cover the repair. This was my first claim and it was terrible. I bought this warranty on my F150 as well. I’m spent $7000 combine of warranty on both my cars from here. I am definitely going to cancel my warranty with them, I can’t even imagine the nightmare it will be when something bigger breaks on my cars. Please do not do business with them.
They don't hold accountable for there faults
They were not getting payment since July that I was not aware of they contacted me in October and expected me to pay almost $600 to activate it again. I got a brand new transmission from them in not even 4 months and found out it was a bad transmission. They are saying now they are not responsible for it, because the policy is canceled ever though they are the ones that gave me a bad transmission.

Bad experience
Bought new truck and contract that covered engine transmission drivetrain and electrical systems. After 2 weeks have a cracked intake manifold and told it would not be covered due to a broken bolt. Bolts are not covered. Intake manifold bolts are part of the intake manifold and they are part of the engine. Now I have paid for a warranty and have a vehicle that is broke down due to a part covered by that warranty and being told I have to pay for it.

You cannot speak to a live person. You have to speak to an AI Bot. Do not waste your money.
I had my rack and pinion replaced the Car repair facility would not call in so I had to do it. They wouldn’t talk to me. They told me that the car repair facility had to do it. I filed the claim and then they denied it.
I’m serious go to another car warranty place. This company is horrible.
