I would leave no stars if possible. Stay away from Omega they have ghetto 3rd party companies getting the warranty for them. If you try to cancel before your 30 days they will constantly try and make you keep the coverage by hanging up phones transferring you to different departments and outright telling you NO. If they treat consumers like this for cancelation imagine filing a claim. Beware and stay far away from this company

I had a representative named Jamal call me asking why I canceled my service. Told him I am trying to save up but hopefully in the future i can warranty my vehicle. He proceeded to tell my “I hope your car doesn’t break down” and hangs up…if treating former customers terribly to try and bully them into purchasing a warranty is outrageous. Find some higher quality people than these guys. Lowest of the low

Transmission went out on my 17Outback
Transmission went out on my 17Outback. It took two months to get my claim approved and get my car fixed. When I got the vehicle back it was rattling. A couple weeks later the dash lights came on including the check engine. The used transmission they supplied was making the noise and had to take it back in. I don’t have another vehicle at the moment and it’s causing a ton of problems in my life. These CVT transmissions are known to break down around 90k and they just keep putting another used cvt in which it’s going to keep breaking down. This one was bad from the second it was installed!!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Omega Home and Auto Care, a homeowners' warranty company. An agent I spoke with tried to sell me on their policy by claiming they were the best and no other company could match their coverage. But when I did my own 'apples-to-apples' comparison, I found their policy was four times more expensive than a competitor's for the same benefits.
When I called them on this, the manager, Sarah, ended the call abruptly, stating, 'I've been in the business for years, and I have never heard of that level of coverage.' It felt like a direct insult, as if she were calling me a liar.
This is a good reminder for anyone looking for a homeowners warranty. The most important thing you can do is your own research. Don't just trust what a salesperson tells you; know your policy inside and out."
Very, very poor service
I reported a leaking supply line for a bathroom vanity sink. They said some one would contact me in one or two days, no one did. So I called again and was told I could find my own plumber and for for it myself and submit a bill and then submit and reimbursement would be considered. Since we paid Omega to find and schedule a plumber I would let them do what they had already been paid to do. Two days later still no plumber or word from Omega.
I called a third time and was reminded I could find my own plumber and pay out of pocket and submit the itemized bill for consideration of reimbursement. The instructions for submitting said it may take three weeks to decide and issue reimbursement.
They have my money, did not find and schedule a repair, did not give the follow up call as promised, and then said they would review my claim and after three weeks reimburse me.
I realize that Omega has our premium money and wants to hold on to it for as long as possible, possibly earning interest, while having the policy owner do their job for them. Sounds like a lucrative scam!
This company is terrible literally…
This company is terrible literally terrible I tried to cancel it took four days just to reach them and it took 4 different workers not one of them helped me cancel and the last one literally said “I don’t think I’m going to cancel” just because she didn’t like the way I asked her to cancel she gave me such a hard time for no reason. Rude customer service terrible business stay far far away I would rather walk on glass then be apart of this ghetto company.
