That’s where we can help, picking up where your factory warranty leaves off. Our Vehicle Service Contract pays for the repair bills outlined in the coverage level you select. You already have insurance if someone or something damages your car. Omega offers insurance when your car is damaged due to mechanical failure. It’s Protection and Financial Security for you! Omega Auto Care is insured by Lyndon Southern Insurance Company, a Fortegra company. We are members of the Vehicle Protection Association, and also of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

This is for Omega to help train their employees.

I received a notice in the mail to contact them. The notice had no explanation for the notice. When I called the guy on the other line couldn't find the Record ID number and said, "I'm not sure if you are purposefully reading it to me wrong or what..." He was rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I asked, if I could review the documents prior to paying the initial cost and he said they couldn't do it. I asked how long this offer is valid for and he said, "until the end of this call". After I told him, I wouldn't pay for something if I can't review the agreement first. He became more adjugated and argumentative. I spoke to them on 3/9/2026 at 3:18pm MST. Hopefully this company can provide more training on Customer Service.

Cannot express my dissapointment

Cannot express my dissapointment with this company and their coverage. Purchased warrenty for my used truck at the dealer. Took it into the shop, waited 2 weeks for them too get back to the shop. After 2 weeks turns out an oil pan gasket, and a coolant leak get denied because of the truck having a leveling kit installed on it?? Any other warrenty could use their "2 eyes" and see that is the stupidest excuse ever as it has nothing to do with the engine on my truck. Horrible customer service as well I waited on the phone for 30mins the first time and just to check and make sure everything was covered which they said it would be. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRENTY!!

They kept denying claim.

They kept denying my claim, first they said they would cover the cost of my repair and to take it to Toyota, when I took it to Toyota, the dealership couldn't get in contact with them they were placed on hold for over 45 mins, after 2 days of trying to get through they finally reached someone and was told someone would call him back, they didn't call back meanwhile my car say at Toyota for a week and 3 days. When they finally reached someone they denied the claim. I tried to call them to see why they told me it was covered and to take it to Toyota and then deny the claim. This company is garbage and I was cheated out of $3,000 of monthly payments and only used the free oil change once because it came with one oil change, and the other claim I filed was denied. They warranty gaureenteed me they would cover my car up untill 2 years or when the car had reached over 180,000 which ever came first. I only needed to use the claim once during the policy contract. So basically I paid out 3,000 for 1 oil change.

not very professional

not very professional had to deal with them 2 times denied 1 claim the claims director said he did me a favor when they replaced my transmission that is what i paid for when i bought the warranty bob laughed and said you can pay for the 2nd claim out of your own pocket that is not professional at all i would not recommend this company

I was just hung up on by Omega's…

I was just hung up on by Omega's customer service representative, James Williamson, after he refused to fulfill our warranty.

Our claim was with KIA Mall of Georgia. Our car displayed a warning light on the dash and screen and we drove it in. KIA MOG ran it through diagnostics and turned off the warning light after it indicated a problem with the fuel injection system. As James came out, he saw now warning light and refused the claim. We are now two weeks without our car after paying for this warranty. This has been terrible

Only problem is the debit card you…

Only problem is the debit card you issue for the clam. It is difficult to use at some merchants. Orders on line usually work. But box stores is not as easy.

What am I really paying for?

I love that this warranty covers Towing, wiper replacements and a $100 discount for battery replacement. I'm just very disappointed that I have had over $5000 worth of repairs done on my 2020 Traverse and had to replace all 4 tires and none of it was covered except the tow to a shop and $100 towards a new battery. I had to replace the 2 sets of arm controls, the catalytic converter, get a tune-up, purchase 4 new tires which wore out unevenly because of the shaking, an alignment, new wiper for front and back, which the warranty said I couldn't be reimbursed for because I didn't know they were covered and failed to meet the timeframe for reimbursement, which really shouldn't have mattered since I was covered during that time frame.My husband had to clean all the O2 sensors and have the exhaust rewelded 3 times because of the shaking and we also had to replace the rubber motor mounts, which again, we're not covered. The total would have been thousands more if my husband hadn't done so much of the work. He's a 68 years old retired, disabled Veteran. By purchasing the warranty

Every rep I spoke to seemed to be helpful, but because so few items were covered, their hands were tied. I took my car in to 3 different shops to figure out why it was shuddering randomly, shaking like the tires weren't balanced or the transmission was going out. It took a random mechanic, who I contacted, to purchase an unrelated item, who diagnosed my car sight unseen. He recommended shudder fix for $12, and it fixed the problem. Why did no one else know about this? People spending thousands could have been advised of this simple fix. What a shame. What use is my warranty?
Now my check engine light came back on and my tire pressure sensors had to be replaced when I took it in for a routine oil change. It just never ends....

Thank you for sharing your concerns. It appears there has been a misunderstanding regarding the scope of coverage under your vehicle service contract.

Vehicle service contracts do not cover tire wear. Tire coverage, when applicable, is limited strictly to road hazard events and does not include replacement due to uneven wear or alignment issues. Additionally, we do not control repair facilities or their ability to diagnose vehicle concerns, as diagnosis is solely the responsibility of the servicing shop.

Please also note that all mechanical claims require pre-authorization prior to repairs being performed so coverage eligibility can be properly determined. Repairs completed without prior authorization cannot be considered for reimbursement.

Reimbursement was complete and final and only took a few days

When I purchased the coverage on my truck with Omega the brochure gave me all the information that I needed. So, whenever I went to get my first oil change out of pocket they followed through by reimbursing me the amount of money promised in the brochure.

Payment decisions are based solely on the contract terms, and we are only able to authorize and pay for repairs and parts that are specifically covered under the contract. It takes to long to get help, and when you get help they can't help you and they keep calling me one a week to sell me insurance when I already have it

I didn't have a old bill from my last oil change to show the mileage so I couldn't use the service of getting $50.00 off

I love it when I took my car to the dealer to have my oil and breaks done they told me both weren’t covered I contacted omega and received a refund didn’t have to do too much it was easy and comfortable customer service

It was fairly easy to make a claim

It was fairly easy to make a claim. When I got a reimbursement check, I didn't know where it came from at first. I wasn't sure where it came from. But there were no problems at all making a claim.
