Ombra Lighting bring together a fantastic range of lighting that's a little different to the mainstream.
We selected and ordered a pair of Nkuku external wall lights.
Unfortunately, the adhesive that attached the threaded fitment to one of the glass globes had not been properly applied. We did not notice this on assembly and the adhesive failed allowing the globe to separate / drop and smash.
Ombra were informed and they immediately arranged a complete replacement, arriving just 2 days after being informed. This is a Nkuku manufacturing fault and of course does not implicate Ombra in any way, but
I wanted to thank the customer service dept at Ombra for such a quick response and for arranging the replacement. It gives me plenty of confidence going forward to order more product from them.

I initially experienced some poor communication regarding the delivery of my lamp (the lamp itself was as expected). After I posted an initial 3 star review, they contacted me personally to apologise and offered a discount as well as a store credit, explaining that for some reason my emails had been going to their spam folder. This follow-up experience went above and beyond and I was really impressed by the professionalism - thank you! Hence the 5 stars now.

Jake called me back and was extremely helpful One of the Nkuku tea light holders arrived damaged. So Jake has arranged for a replacement set with Nkuku. Both Ombra and Nkuku have excellent customer service. Will certainly buy from both again. Thank you Jake for your massive help and assurance. Highly recommended Ombra.

No problem with the product itself. Long waiting time (but this was partly due to Nkuku availability of product). Communication with Ombra to chase my order was tricky and I did have to keep emailing to chase the order. No emails/texts to say item was depatched as other companies tend to do.

I had problems and they were great in resolving them. Acted with common sense.

The lamp is gorgeous. We ordered a bulb which the incorrect one was delivered - however we contacted them via web chat and easily arranged a replacement with no fuss.

Very good service overall. The customer service team were quick to help, polite throughout, and kindly allowed me to return an item even after the 14-day window because I had been away on holiday and missed it, which I was very grateful for. My only criticism is the return cost... the product was around £72.99, but it cost £14.99 to send back, which feels quite excessive.

Jake at Ombra was great, I am based in the UAE. He was very responsive , precise and pricing was very competitive. The Llardo figurines arrived as promised. Great experience, I can highly recommend Ombra Lighting.

Had to return my order as the lamp was damaged. However this was the fault of the supplier and not this company. The communication, helpfulness and courtesy has been exceptional.

The most helpful representative from Ombra Lighting who could not have done more to assist with this transaction. Price of goods also very competitive and they were dispatched promptly. Five star service.

First time I’ve used this company and was very pleased with the service. I ordered a light that had a long lead in time for delivery. The company kept me informed throughout, offered me a larger light in the same design but at the lower price. I decided to wait for the light I wanted and wasn’t disappointed with the Pooky Outdoor Brass Wall Light. I would recommend this company.

After feeling frustrated that I couldn’t get through to customer services over a weekend. The beginning of the working week I experienced excellent customer service regular updates on my order. I also received a phone call from the owner of the company with an apology for wrong information given about when the light would arrive. Very pleased with the light that I received from Ombra lighting. 😊

Awful customer service.
Product ordered, confirmed, paid for then not despatched. When chased after five days, told it was not available from their supplier. Read the small print as they clearly don’t have the stock in. Guarantee your item by purchasing from another company. You will be disappointed if you try to buy something from them.

Quick delivery, called me when there was a stock issue and then swiftly resolved it. Highly recommended!
