The windows themselves look great. Would recommend EcoReflect to fit windows.
Tough sales tactics - definitely do your research beforehand so you know what you are happy to pay.
The fitters could have been tidier! Left lots of debris in the rooms where windows were changed. Scaffolding was not on site when they arrived, due to miscommunications between them and the factory. Was sorted quickly though to allow fitting to go ahead.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional, have paid half of the money so far to get windows and doors and 12 weeks later they don't pick up the phone to let me know when they will arrive to fit them on or anything. When I call to say to finish up any payments, they are quick on finding someone to call me back and get the payments. All I want is my windows to arrive, considering the amount of money I have paid for them so far.

I’m thrilled to share my experience with the installation of my new windows and doors! The transformation has been remarkable. Since the installation, my home has become much more energy efficient; I’ve noticed a significant drop in my energy bills, which is fantastic.
Additionally, the noise level has decreased dramatically. Living in a busy area, I often struggled with outside noise, but now my home feels like a peaceful retreat.
