Ordered 29/10/2024 & it hasn't arrived yet. It's still not in THE UK as yet!!! I don't know when it will get here

Despite the box being quite dammaged inside was so well wrapped that it table wasn't dammaged at all easy to assemble great product

Habe ein Regal bestellt, dieser ist minderwertig geliefert worden. Bat um Ersatzteil, wurde auf mehrere Wochen Lieferzeit vertröstet, alternativ könnte ich die Reperaturen selbst machen, dafür hat man mir erst 15, dann 20 und dann 30 Euro angeboten. Ich benötige allerdings nur ein Ersatzteil. Dann kam raus, man könne nur nochmal das ganze Möbelstück liefern und ich solle mir das Ersatzteil selbst suchen und den Rest dann zurückschicken. Das Paket wiegt mehr als 20KG, ich selbst wohne im 5. Stockwerk. Eine Lieferung/Abholung an der Wohnungstür wurde abgelehnt. Der Vorschlag, dass das Paket an den Verkäufer geliefert wird und dieser selbst dann das Ersatzteil raussucht und dann liefert, wurde abgelehnt. Die Nachbesserung erfolgte in jedem Kompromissvorschlag des Verkäufers zu meinen Ungunsten. Statt sich dauernd selbst zu entschuldigen, hätte ich mir von der Firma ein optimaleres Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Es wurde nicht nach Geld oder einem kompletten Umstausch von mir gefragt, sondern nur nach dem Tausch eines mindertwertigen Bauteils (was zunächst in Aussicht gestellt und dann zurück gezogen wurde). Wenn man dies schicken würde (ohne ein ganzes Paket den Kunden schleppen zu lassen) wären wir einer Lösung nah. So wird man durch die zahlreichen negativen Erfahrungen der anderen Kunden bestätigt und kann letztlich nur davon abraten, dieses Unternehmen zu nutzen.

Awful company. Didn’t ship on time. Claimed my address was wrong even though it was correct. Asked for proof of payment a week after taking my money and emailing to say money all received. Delivered half a desk

We have bought a kitchen sink that never arrived. They say that it has been delivered. Contacting the transport company which delivers quite a lot to our office showed a false signature of delivery. What is going on here? It is not the first time as I can see that the sinks disappear on their way.

The quality of the unit and stool are both as you'd expect. Instructions are fairly simplistic but easy enough to follow. I'm happy with the unit BUT beware the lights are NOT how they are appear on the photos. The lights are separate items and not made specifically for this unit. The string of 12 lights has a fixed length of cable in between each one. You are required to stick each one to the mirror with a sticker, adjust both the spacing and the messy cable in between to make them fit....they do NOT look anywhere near to the pictures in terms of their "neatness" in real life. Very disappointing for that aspect alone.

I have had a number of kitchen cabinets from the this company on eBay via Oskar-Design and sort a worktop via Ok-Living. A with all the previous products received they are a good quality at a reasonable price. Plus, delivery is very good.

Ordered a sink two weeks ago it hasn’t arrived, asked for a full refund but instead they have emailed saying they are sending it back out without a delivery date.
I can’t wait any longer!! I’m not happy with service.

My daughter loves the vanity table - it’s really lovely. However, it took over 3 weeks to arrive with no communication on eta, I had to email twice. Also, it’s quite flimsy. The wood cracked when we were assembling it and we had to reinforce it - luckily not on a part that is visible! Hopefully, now that it’s complete it will be more sturdy - we’ll see how long it lasts!

I ordered just one vanity table but the parcels have been staggered and delivered at different days and still waiting for the final one to come through. The boxes seem damaged. I haven’t opened it yet.

I'm from the UK, so shipping was slightly longer than buying from a UK retailer, but it wasn't bad at all. I think it was around 1.5 weeks until I had my full order. It was delivered in 2 separate parcels, so the 2nd parcel arrived a couple of days later, but the company let me know this may happen upfront when they sent me the tracking numbers. I sent the customer service email a query about my order and received a helpful reply within 7 minutes, what more could you ask for?!
I bought the Ben desk, it's perfect for what I need. The instructions were illustrations just like a well known meatball loving Swedish retailer so I found them pretty straight forward, you just need to use common sense!

The item arrived on time! but the package was damaged and missing parts, I likely had some spare parts, and the manual was missing I got one from the vendor to email it to me. The item is ok not what I expected but very hard to return it from UK to Germany.

No communication and delivery too late. Will not use this company again. When entering email address and postcode to find where the parcel was, my details didn’t exist!

Quick and efficient delivery. Whilst there was an issue with my order, couple of incorrect parts in the box, I could not fault the customer service with immediate issue of replacement etc. Would deal with again.

Shoe cabinet arrived quite quickly, well packaged. Ok Living kept me upto date with progress of package. Comes as flat pack but nice looking cabinet with big sloping shelves that take my husbands size 12 shoes when built up, am very pleased with it.
