Update: Oclean‘s response below is nonsense. I have contacted them repeatedly and they asked me to submit videos of the problem and photographs of parts which I did and then they stopped responding. I have yet to hear from them.

I am two toothbrushes in and I’m very disappointed. The first one died after five months and the second one after seven months. Simply would not recharge. I took very good care of this toothbrush. This is no fault of mine and the company has failed to step up.

The purchase of the toothbrush was very easy. However it took 7-9 days to receive it from China. It would be nice if they shipped from a US location.
The toothbrush works great, and is easy to use.

Scrivo questa recensione perché spero che l'azienda la noti e possa migliorare, perché ho riscontrato con l'assistenza quelle che sono delle pecche che per alcuni possono essere fondamentali nell'esperienza di acquisto di un prodotto che comunque si va a piazzare in una categoria medio-alta. Partiamo dal principio dopo nemmeno un anno dall'acquisto ho un problema con il prodotto, e fin qui se consideriamo la qualità costruttiva media ci può anche stare, invio quindi una mail all'assistenza che mi conferma che il prodotto è in garanzia, e quindi procediamo all'invio della documentazione (video e foto) per verificare che ci sia effettivamente il problema, fin qui tutto bene solo che tra una mail e un altra dell'assistenza passavano anche due giorni quindi il riscontro non era per nulla immediato come nelle aziende che hanno magari le live chat con l'operatore, ma ha portato via la prima settimana solo per arrivare alla conclusione, cioè quella di un nuovo dispositivo che sostituirà il vecchio, e fin qui tutto perfetto tranne che per la conferma della spedizione ci vogliono due settimane più ovviamente il tempo per farlo arrivare!!!.
Quindi ricapitolando l'assistenza è buona funziona e tutto ma non si possono aspettare più di 4-5 settimane (almeno spero siano solo queste) per avere un prodotto sostitutivo dopo un guasto in garanzia.

I love the brush itself (have had it for 2-3 years), but was not happy when their confusing website led to my receiving the wrong color replacement brush heads. At first they refused to correct this so I posted a two star review (as NJSpice). I couldn't find a way to edit/update that so I'm doing so here because they reconsidered and ended up sending me the right color (& let me keep the wrong ones). I really appreciated that, and they have also been good about responding to a couple questions about the brush I've had over the years.

Products themselves are good, but be careful ordering accessories like extra brush heads as the website is confusing. "Style" numbers actually denote COLORS, I ended up with the wrong color and they would not make it right.

Not sure it cleans as well as my old Sonicare. Have to be careful how you hold it. The control pads are right were I naturally hold it and so I keep changing the settings accidentally.

Too early to tell. The auto mailing address that only came up after submitting payment info was incorrect. I immediately used your contact info to report the correct address.
