Wonderful! My partner has an Oral B and it is SO SO much quieter than his toothbrush.

Truly clean teeth and little noise.

The small water pik really does not work well. The water comes out in small spurts and hardly cleans my teeth. Very bummed as the size is handy.

The toothbrush arrived early and was as described.

Die beschriebene Geld-zurück-Garantie ist schlicht eine Lüge: sobald die Box geöffnet ist, ist ein Zurücksenden bzw. Erstattung nicht mehr möglich. Unbedingt von Shop und Produkt abzuraten!
PS: Wenn die Bürste wer probieren will: ich verschenke sie!

Great toothbrush and service! I bought my X Pro Elite on EU website, the customer service agent Lina has been super helpful!

The first time I used the brush, I got so ticklish on my lips I didn’t think I could use it. But I found my technique and got acclimated to the much higher vibrations. I’m so happy with the “just after the Dentist” clean I get with this product.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a scam company. I ordered two toothbrushes and one showed up dead. I emailed their customer service and they responded initially asking for multiple photos and a video of the broken brush, I sent it all, then they ignored me for almost two months. I eventually disputed half the charge with my credit card company and Oclean sent them incorrect and incomplete information, which lead my credit card to close the case in their favor, somehow. I’m once again trying to email Oclean now and they’re sending me incorrect bank statements and absolutely gaslighting me that I already got my money back- which is WRONG! This is a total scam company.

I received my order in a few short days.

I have waited 5 days for a response to my request to return an item. I have emailed 3 times. Crickets. This is a customer service fail.

Never responded or answered my question, still have a product that I can’t use

It works as advertised -- does a great job.
But I would have liked a "How to Use" information booklet, with photos. It would have shortened my learning curve!

Purchased a pro model some years ago....I was never really impressed with it, plus as the battery drains, there is a noticeable drop in performance....Decided to replace it with a top of the range Philips toothbrush and after only one use, my teeth feel a lot cleaner, plus the quality of the Philips head is far superior, so sadly cannot recommend!!

Having used my Philips toothbrush for several weeks, my teeth are noticeably cleaner and there is virtually no plaque... That wasn't my experience with the Oclean Pro at any stage!!
Also, I see Oclean do not respond to reviews on this platform which doesn't reflect well on their customer support!!!

I purchased a oclean x pro digital toothbrush. Not sure I like app. For me worthless. That is my opinion though. Toothbrush worked fine for 7 days. Then it says I have 0 retries and won't start the brushes. Talked to customer service, they asked for video and serial number. Then silence. Now two weeks later, it won't turn on anymore. Totally unimpressed with quality or service. From my experience waste of money.

Less bulky and more refined than other electric toothbrushes I've used. It's also cheaper, and it comes in a variety of colors.

This is the quietest toothbrush I have ever used.

First of all, my wife and I absolutely love our new OClean toothbrushes. Our toothbrushes are powerful, incredible quiet, and actually fun to use,
As for OClean Customer Service, after purchasing our toothbrushes, I had a request, and they responded immediately. We couldn't be happier with our new OClean toothbrushes, and the fine customer service that we received. Thanks OClean!

Oclean X Ultra S Sonic Toothbrush is loud and not 45dB as you say, the charger is very slow, poor materials, cheap plastic, the battery runs out quickly, returns are not possible after opening the box, the worst toothbrush I have ever bought in my life, the worst company, returns are not possible
