I would unreservedly recommend Owen’s involvement in your planning objection. The original response was extremely quick and he followed this with a very professional and well constructed objection to the building of five new dwellings in a residential garden next to my home. His current and in-depth knowledge of both national and local planning guidelines identified crucial areas to target for my objection and it was written in a language that spoke directly to the planning officer. Great letter was key to successful objection 20th May 2024. Owen was simply great, very knowledgeable, he quickly collected details of a neighbours plans and my concerns, and detailed several issues in a letter which addressed deviations of compliances with local and national planning requirements.
