Ami Stefana Popscue was my legal representative and she assisted me with filing an insurance claim. My overall experience with Osbornes Law has been great because Ami is wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and provided me with good advice throughout the process. Ami has good customer service skills because she is responsive and understanding. The process wasn’t easy but Ami remained patient and worked diligently to make sure that all my needs were met. We were able to reach a conclusion sooner than expected and I am very grateful for Ami’s help with the process.

I have been calling them for the last week, no one gets back to you. Even after offering to pay privately. Filled in the enquiry form 3 times.

Henna Yousaf from Osbornes Law managed to complete my London leasehold property purchase in just 5 weeks, after I have been refunded by Lawhive and Woodstock Legal who who failed to complete the purchase in 6 months! Every email was thoroughly and effectively replied to within 2 to 3 hours, every phone call answered within minutes. Reports and documents were accurate and precise, negotiations with counterparty very effective. Henna discovered and favorably resolved so many things that previous solicitors failed to even register during previous 6 months. Avoid them. Recommend by a friend. Their website even states they handle property disputes, commercial residential and even offering conditional fee agreements so I thought wow this must be the company to use so I emailed them with my property issue. Open and honest email with supporting evidence. Reply I received was as follows:-

Dear Mr Xxx

Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you in this kind of matter on a conditional fee agreement. It would have to be on a privately paying basis.

Apologies, we cannot assist you on this occasion.

No proper explanation why they don’t want to take the case on and confusing offer at the same time of offering it on a private paying basis.

I had to ring 2 times to get an answer and when I did I was told to fill a form out

Then I had to ring twice to see if they had received the form, which I don’t actually find out until a 5th call when I was put through to a paralegal

Said paralegal passed my case to another department. Chasing by email to the paralegal yielded no result

In the end I resorted to chat GPT

Lawyers are right to worry about AI it seems

The one thing humans can do is give good service, unless of course it’s Osborn Law

Obornes Law took my case against the odds: having been involved in a bicycle accident caused by a pedestrian working for a delivery company, the police didn’t want to prosecute, and a no won no fee bureau refuse to even look at my case due to police lack of prosecution.
