Ordered a pair of shoes at a decent price they arrived quite quickly.
The shoe sizing was totally incorrect probably 3 sizes too small. They were also meant to be a wide fitting but these were normal width.
Tried to return them but got nowhere as they are totally disinterested offering me 10% discount to keep the shoes which I refused. The latest offer is 30% refund but I have to pay the cost of shipping them back to China which is more than the shoes cost. Do not deal with this company, total waste of time and money

Ordered shoes from them (not realising they were a China based company) and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive. I ordered EU size 45 and this is what was delivered. However I have no idea what size guide they use, as I could not get the shoes on and would estimate they were EU42/43 at the most.
Contacted them asking for a pre-paid returns label and to have a full refund and there started all their nonsense of partial refund and you keep them or it is responsibility to return them (no where on their website did it state that). As many will know, the offer of partial refund is standard for these bogus Chinese retailers.
All I can advise here is to avoid this Company AT ALL COSTS and in general terms do not buy anything from a China based online retailer as you will invariably regret it

My husband ordered a pair of shoes in size 9, they sent a ladies shoe in a size 6, when I contacted them they offered me a 15% refund & suggested I give them to someone & said they're a new company and returns & refunds would be devastating to the company I refused & said I wanted a full refund, they then offered me 30% refund, I said no, then it was 40% refund, I've told them no again, I'm waiting for the reply, don't order from this company.

I Ordered 10 bottles of Nigrican Therapy oil from this company on the 6th of April 2023 (order number 1261) and today is 5th of May 2023 and I haven't received it up till date. There has been no update nor refund for order. I have contacted the customer service numerous times still yet no update. It's a terrible company and I advise you stay clear off it if you don't want to loose your money.

I ordered UK size 10 and was sent EURO size 43 (UK size 7.5) When I emailed customer services I was told I was in the wrong and they had sent the right size. This company was very unhelpful when dealing with my complaint

My experience with the company hasn’t been very good.
We ordered 3 pairs of shoes, two size 10 U.K. (45 Europe) and one size 9.5 (44.5 Europe) - all the wide design.
Our order number was 2983 (in case the owners of this site consider deleting my review as fake).
What we actually got was three pairs narrow design of 44.
I, the 9.5 size, tried one shoe and it was too small.
I wrote to the company and have not received a reply.
I’m very disappointed with them.

Update: 4 May 2023.
After numerous emails they finally responded but clearly demonstrated that hadn’t really read (or understood) my complaint, even when I pointed out to their own confirmation of order.
So far they’re unhelpful. They even had the cheek to suggest I give it away as a gift.
At no point did they offer to pay for sending them back the wrong items and resending the correct ones.
I am still hoping this will resolve eventually. Will update here as and when. But not holding my breath.
Whoever considers ordering from them. Please take notice of my experience.

Apparently their plan B is to deny they sent me the wrong sizes (although I can prove in the order, their confirmation and photos, they had made a mistake).
Their plan C is to offer me a meagre 10% or 15% refund. Namely, accept an 85% write-off, be stuck with shoes you can’t wear and leave us alone.

Warning to whoever considers buying from them - do not touch this vendor with a barge pole!! They’re crooks. It’s as simple as that. I’m now in touch with the U.K. Fraud agency to complain about them.

This item didn't get here as fast as expected, but it's still exactly what my wife wants.

I ordered shoes size 45 (UK 10) wide fitting. They sent 44 too small. When I complained they suggested I should them to someone else with smaller feet.

I ordered a pair of trainers & paid £24 for them up front. The shoes took almost two weeks to get here & when they did get here, they don't fit. Having checked my order which was for size 11's, I was disappointed to see that you've sent me size 10's. That's a real shame, as I liked the quality of the shoe, but if they don't fit their useless to me
