I ordered the premium sunshine bliss bouquet, it arrived 2 days late and the quote from the recipient was ‘they look like they’ve spent a few days in a truck’. Which is exactly what happened!! With no water! After paying for same day delivery - which they refused to refund!
The bouquet did not even closely match the picture on the website, with a few roses and not much more.

I wish I could share photos here because what a waste of money.

The 1 star can be for their prompt reply to tell me there’s nothing they can do and will not be refunding my same day delivery fee.

I ordered the deluxe Mason Jar bouquet for a bereavement. They arrived a day late and the bouquet was absolutely appalling. A tiny offering nothing like the photo, and it was already dying. 10 small stems in total for $100 plus $15 for (late) delivery. The roses were fully opened and curled at the edges, the gerbera by the next day (1 day after it was delivered) had flopped over and were dead. The only thing still alive was the few sprigs of green fernery and some alstroemeria. I received two auto generated replies when I complained, advising no refunds, but I could have a store credit or another bouquet delivered. As if I would want to go there again! Do not use this company.

Sadly I had not read reviews. Just thought I had chosen a company in region as it came up on top. Ordered flowers for special occasion, next day delivery. On day of delivery I started receiving messages they could not be delivered. All different reasons. Terrible service. Still have not seen the flowers. They due not try to help me at all.

Extremely disappointed. Thinking you are surprising someone to find out they get nothing! Or at least on wrong day. I’ve yet to find out if they will be delivered. Which will be after the actual day they should have arrived.

The worst service! No they don’t do same day delivery even though it states that on the website they rang after I placed my order and said it would be delivered the next day then I get an email saying it would be 5 days later they also promised a refund of the same day delivery of $5 when I paid $19.95 it’s a scam never use them again

Terrrrible!!! Couldn’t deliver said they would upgrade and deliver another day. I refused offer asked for refund they refused. Finally said would refund and they hung up. No refund no flowers

DO NOT USE!! My mum tried to send me a 40th flower bouquet and she paid a few hundred dollars. Never arrived and then she tried to complain and found all the negative reviews - they are total scammers. Multiple reports to commerce commission - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Connections abroad and I ever did see the flowers and my mum had to use her bank to get money back for the fraud. Awful they can still operate!!

Paid $115 for a Mother’s Day deluxe boutique. Flowers arrived wilted and tiny. Asked for a refund, was told I couldn’t get a refund but instead a store credit. Store credit never arrived, instead refunded only $40. Don’t order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER..I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. I ordered on the 6th for the 6th delivery and paid for same-day delivery. It was delivered on the 8th. I complained, and the system they use is AI. It cannot understand why I am upset that I paid for same-day delivery but got delivery days later. Very poor. Order from a real company - companies like this shouldn't be allowed.

Zero rating actually. Last Saturday @ 7am I rang Blooms thinking they were a small florist shop in Mt Eden, Auckland to send flowers to Davis Funeral Chapel, 109 Foninion Rd, Mt Eden, Auckland. We were meant to fly to my partner John’s dear of 70 years friends funeral on the Sat from Christchurch but as I’d just come out of hospital my Doctor advised I was unfit to fly, John is unable to travel on his own. When I placed the order $167.06 total cost it was ONLY on the understanding, which they promised to have them with Davis Funeral Chapel by 11.30am that morning. They didn’t arrive & Davis Funeral staff advised me I’d need to redirect them to 400 St John’s Rd, Meadowbank, Auckland where the funeral was taking place @ 2.20pm. I call Blooms, 14 times 1/2 wat through the call centre conversation they cut me off. They also cut the Funeral staff off 4 times as they were trying to track them down as well. Eventually, 15th call centre lady called Annie said she was on the phone to the courier to redirect him to make sure he went to the Meadowbank address by 2.15 & told me not to cry as I was pretty distraught by then. The flowers. Ever arrived, the incredible Davis Funeral staff waited there way after the service & internment until 4.30 (4pm Blooms say is the latest they’d ever deliver flowers). They never arrived. When Davis Funeral staff called them Blooms call centre advised they were going to email me. I’d asked numerous times, before getting cut off for a full refund but they took our money & won’t reply to me, nor email has ever arrived.
I’ve gone on their chat line but all I get is ‘we will get back to you shortly’!!!
Where do I go from here? There doesn’t seem to be a phone number for the accounts department of Blooms. It’s the worst experience, and the most upsetting I have ever experienced in my 70 years and in Johns 81 years. Those flowers were important to us, important that Johns friend of 70 years who he used to flat with, ride motor bikes with, he would visit us in Christchurch and the 2 old friends spoke with each other every Sunday. But WHAT CAN I DO, HOW CAN I GET HELP, OR GET THROUGH TO A STAFF NEMBER AT BLOOMS THAT WILL TEFUND OUR MONEY. They can never fix the anxiety & sadness we experienced by their lack of care, total lack of service and NO FLOWERS.
UPDATE: I HAVE MADE FURTHER ENQUIRIES AND SPOKEN TO OUR BANK, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY HAD ABOUT 20 CALLS ABOUT THIS COMPANY RE MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS ORDERED AND NOT ARRIVING. THE COMPANY HAS NOW CHANGED ITS NAME TO BIX NZ FLOWERS AND GIFTS AUCKLAND. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED ITS AN INTERNATIONAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT SCAM PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT FOR YOUR FINANCES AND HEARTBREAK USE THIS COMPANY.

Order flowers from uk for my friends birthday who lives in New Zealand. Spent £80.00. The flowers were never delivered and the company does not respond to messsges and emails

They still haven’t delivered flowers for my daughter’s birthday which I ordered over a week ago. Shite service don’t use them

Paid for express order for next day or so. Delivered in a courier box almost a week later with some flowers falling apart. Have complained multiple times but nobody will respond.

DO NOT USE - Absolute scammers.
Charged extra for same day delivery. Called to confirm will be the same day - confirmed by them. Arrived 5 days after collection. They would have been dead by the time they arrived.
I was offered a 10% refund and a $20 voucher after spending $160.00
After reading all the other reviews, this company needs to be investigated.

Did not supply the flowers as shown in the photo. Major rip off do not trust at all, flowers were a quarter of the size when the actually arrived compared to the online photos . Paid$150. Very very disappointing

Same as everyone, flowers were poor quality, didnt arrive on date required even tho ordered 3 days in advance. Didn't respond to email. Avoid!!

Wish I had checked reviews before placing order. Flowers were wilted and had significant delay. I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and have had no response.

We placed an order for delivery on 18/05 for a sick colleague, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. There was no communication that the delivery wouldn’t happen — we were only told after the fact that the item was out of stock and asked to choose something else. We did so, yet the service still couldn’t be provided.

We then requested a credit, and were repeatedly told it had been applied, but nothing ever happened. Now we’re being told our company has “store credit”, which we cannot use. The lack of clarity, follow‑through, and customer care has been incredibly frustrating.

We were simply trying to support a colleague who is unwell, and instead we received poor service at every step. We will not be using this company again.

If I can give no stars I would. The crappiest bouquet that cost $180 that probably came from a supermarket. I paid $25 for same day delivery that arrived the next day. Crappy customer service. Avoid and save your money, they are awful!!
