We ordered a bunch of expensive flowers to be delivered to family member, who is going through a very difficult time of her life. We missed a call at 8:00 pm at night and a message later stating the driver was unable locate the delivery address although the receiver's contact number is clearly on the order. The flower never arrived. Through so much effort of calling, emailing, there is no resolution from the company. Do not order from this company. Its a scam.

My daughter in law ordered flowers for my birthday for same day delivery. I never received them, was told they would be delivered Sunday, then again on Monday. Despite repeated contact via email and phone calls, she has not received a credit, we have not received responses to the emails or phone calls. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My recommendation to everyone, is google search for local florists in the towns you want to deliver to and ring them direct.

Do not order from them! Did not deliver the flowers and when I asked they just said it says delivered on our end and I need to provide the information on where it was delivered. Ended up asking for a refund and they refused. Couldn't provide any evidence of delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my recent flower order with Ash on 17th June2026. To my surprise, the recipient advised they had not received the flowers. When I contacted Kristy at 9:38 am, instead of taking ownership and investigating the issue, I was asked to contact my client again to confirm whether they had received the delivery. This is completely unreasonable.
It is your responsibility to provide evidence of delivery, including:
• The name of the person who accepted the delivery.
• A delivery signature or proof of receipt.
• Confirmation of the exact delivery location.
Simply sending a photograph of an unidentified person holding a box does not prove that the flowers were delivered to the intended recipient.
There is no reception at the client's premises, and I have no idea who this individual is or what was inside the box. To make matters worse, the delivery photo has now disappeared from your tracking system.
As your customer, I should not have to repeatedly contact my client to verify whether your company completed its delivery correctly. This has placed me in an embarrassing position and reflects very poorly on our business. I have now spent more than three hours making phone calls and sending emails trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled by your team.
This entire experience demonstrates a serious lack of customer service, accountability, and communication.

Offered same day delivery. I ordered and then they say they can't deliver this item to this suburb, it will have to be day or 2 late. I ask for refund and they offer delayed order

Website says 20% off first order but that didn’t happen. It was 15%
I ordered sympathy flowers - a dozen long stem WHITE roses.
Flowers arrived on time, but there were 3 yellow roses and the rest a peach colour.
No correspondence at all that they couldn’t provide what I requested (which is clearly on the website as 12 white roses). The 3 yellow roses looked like they were about to drop all the petals already.
Not impressed. Never again.

The company advertised as a Nelson same day service delivery florist. I paid a heap of $ to send flowers as a sympathy message fir the same day. Immediately I got a message saying flowers will be substituted and woukd be delivered first thing the next day. They were not delivered until late the following day. Really disappointed with that, so asked for a proportional refund... they sent $5 and refused to communicate. Totally misleading about being based in the city where you want to send flowers!!

Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered in Masterton. Money went out of the account and we received an email to day they couldn't deliver. We asked for a refund nearly a month ago. Customer service hung up on us. These people have stolen our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are engaged in fraudulent activities.

Jenny made my order smooth sailing and got my order delivered the same day! She was so quick to reply and very friendly, thank you so much Jenny! I will definitely order more from here.

I didn’t read the reviews. I realized too late that this company is fake. The flowers never got delivered and I got a scammed.

Its not all doom and gloom!

After ordering some flowers for my mum while i live in the UK, i saw the discount offer and snapped up the purchase. Only then did i google the company and found these reviews. I was horrified and thought i would have a similar experience to those reviews below. I can say I've had the opposite. I ordered a Deluxe bunch to be delivered to a home address and although it was delivered a day late (hence dropping a star) they have done a fabulous job. They notified both me and my mum that there would be a delay and offered some complimentary chocolates. My mum said the flowers arrived beautifully packaged and are absolutely stunning. So although the delivery time wasnt bang on, everything else was on point and good communication throughout.

Most people dont post reviews if it all goes smoothly, only those where it goes poorly, so if like us all, you made an order and then read these, please dont panic. Ive had a great experience!

Do not purchase from there. The flowers delivered were not even close what was advertised. Their customer service is awful with automated emails and no one to call.
Would only offer replacing or a $20 store credit as ‘goodwill’. Neither of which were appropriate.

I would give zero stars if I could. The website is misleading and customer service is possibly the worst I have ever received. My order has not been delivered and they will not give me a refund. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. They are scammers

Avoid this website like the plague.. complete fake company who do not deliver what is ordered but take your money.. I spent 150 dollars on flowers for mums birthday and until today she has recieved nothing (waiting 3 weeks). Their “helpdesk” says they are investigating but they provide no information and say they cannot issue any refund… complete fake company so please avoid…

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Totally my own fault for not reading reviews first...this organisation is nothing less than a scamful operation...there is NO same day delivery but they charge you for it...haven't received flowers yet as email msg says in 3 days time - is that even legal? You have been warned people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

If it was possible to give less than one star and run into the negatives, I’d give it. I ordered a bouquet for my mother’s birthday, and was so happy that I’d arranged for other deliveries as well, because the bouquet that arrived was limp and petals turning brown.

After providing a 1-star review, a response from NZ Blooms advised that they saw their customer service team was already in touch. Nope.

They eventually offered two options: a replacement or a store credit.

They reneged on the replacement for some ridiculous reason, so I chose the only option I was left: a store credit.

Still no code, and it’s doubtful I’ll get one.

Do not waste your money on this business.

The product and the customer service is appalling with absolutely no intention demonstrated by the owners to put anything right.

Flowers from the supermarket is much better quality and far cheaper.

Abysmal and DISAPPOINTING
The online ordering process was easy, the delivery arrived on time, but the actual bouquet was undersized, looked wilted, old, tatty, dehydrated and browning at the edges. These were not fresh.
I ordered "supersize" and it came with a $125 price tag but what I received was anything other than impressive. If this was supersize, I'd hate to think what 'regular' looked like.

I know it IS possible, as I've ordered flowers from different places many times before. I requested assistance and complained to their customer service twice, but received ZERO contact in return.

Would certainly not recommend and would warn anyone against using NZ BLOOMS in the future.

Never again! I ordered from Australia to be delivered the same day as they provided that option. Someone from the company rang and said they could not meet that deadline and it would be the next day. They would include chocolates as a bonus, nothing I could do as I had paid.
The flowers arrived wilted and mainly leaves....not like the photo I ordered the biggest bunch and it looked like the smallest bunch and they threw in a random chocolate bar.
Very disappointed and embarrassed,my sister deserved beautiful flowers for her birthday.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to check on an order that hadn't been delivered. The person I spoke to was so rude and coughed and spluttered in my ear. They then hung up on me. Do not use this company.

Scammers. I ordered a bouquet for my friend and what arrived is nothing like what was in the photo depicted. Also there were daisy’s in the bouquet in which i had paid $100+ dollars for and the flowers were half dead. It seriously looked like they had went out to their backyard and picked 5 of the most dead flowers and put it in a bouquet. Very much a scam, no wonder they rang me offering to include free chocolate. Scammers.
