Would recommend these products
I recently purchased the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in cream and oil. I am so pleased with the results. I contacted the team via instagram and they responded quickly and were really helpful. Previous products I've had to use a strong hold styler for my curls to look defined. These 4 Nylah products have been the best thing I've used. Plus no itchy scalp or heavy feeling products. Highly recommend and will purchase again.

I’ve been using Nylahs Naturals Shampoo, Conditioner, and Flourish Serum since December, and the difference in my hair is incredible!
My hair has become noticeably stronger, with a significant decrease in hair loss and shredding. My hair looks and feels healthier, with a beautiful shine and no frizz at all.

Although the follicle booster wasn't in the bundle with the Protein Power and the Moisture Retention. I emailed the company and they acknowledged me straight away, apologised and let me know the eta as it was unanticipated in high demand. Very happy with the products so far.

TERRIBLE customer service
Terrible customer service.
I received an order and the spray bottle was open and therefore had leaked all out of the box. Sent multiple emails with pictures and sent Instagram messages and STILL no reply. This is the second time I've had an issue with delivery. I don't understand why they don't respond to customers emails yet can post on social media all the time.

Moisture Retention Leave in cream
I kept seeing Nylah’s products on my Instagram but wasn’t sure whether to buy it as I feel like I’ve spent so much on products for my toddler’s hair and they haven’t made a difference. In the end, I reached out for advice and I was recommended to try the leave in cream as my daughters hair goes so dry and frizzy really quickly. The product arrived really quickly and I noticed a difference from the first time I used it. Her hair seems so much healthier and so much more defined. She also had so many compliments when we went out. I definitely would recommend this product and I’m looking forward to try the rest of the range.

Nylah Super Seeds hair oil
I have been using Nylah’s Naturals since Kameese appeared on Dragons’ Den with this black hair care range. With her vegan plant based products I have found the right product to rejuvenate , repair and nourish my natural twists which tended to be very dry - The Super Seeds hair oil is my to go to ! It’s versatile in that it can be used by both men and women for hair body scalp and beard. Family are also converted! Did I mention the excellent customer service and professionalism!!!

Unfortunately I purchased this product and I am not happy as it has made my hair dry and brittle and caused breakage. Very disappointed and I have stopped using this and not happy as this product was not cheap and I’m now left with a product I can no longer use. My hair was growing and looking healthy and I wish I had stuck with the products I had been using.

A must have for moisture
Ok after my low star review I finally received the products and there amazing. I particularly love the moisture retention leave in cream . I will reorder as my staple and hope it’s delivered without too much of a wait time . I don’t want to be without out it helps provide soft bouncy curls alongside other products use that hold the curl but dry it out , the leave in from Nylah puts the moisture back 5 star product must have

I recently tried Nylahsnaturals and have mixed feelings. On the positive side, their hair products are fantastic and smell amazing, leaving my hair soft with minimal use. However, I experienced some issues with order fulfillment, such as delays and receiving the wrong products. Customer service could be improved, as response times were longer than expected. Despite these hiccups, the quality of the products themselves is impressive. Overall, I would recommend Nylahsnaturals, but suggest they work on better communication and stock management. 4 stars.

I hope this email finds you well. Firstly, thank you for your email. I’d like to address each point you raised individually to ensure clarity.
With regard to your correspondence, we have only received two emails from you—one on Thursday, 14th November, and another on Saturday, 16th November. Please note that our team operates on weekdays, and we request up to two working days to respond to inquiries, as we are not available over the weekend.
Regarding your subscription, I would like to clarify that each individual subscription is fully accessible and manageable by the account holder. Customers have the autonomy to amend, pause, cancel, or reactivate their subscriptions at any time. We have never withheld this control from our customers.
While it is the responsibility of the customer to update their account as needed, we are always happy to assist upon request. Our team aims to respond within two working days, and we follow through on cancellations within that same timeframe. In your case, we attempted to address your cancellation request today, well within the two-day window. However, upon accessing your account, we noticed that you had already independently canceled the subscription prior to sending your second email on Saturday.
Given this, we are unclear why you chose to leave a negative review, as your subscription was cancelled at 11:11 in line with our policy and your own actions, your subscription was also cancelled prior to you leaving the review stating you are unable to cancel the review and this is confusing . we have sent you evidence fo this via email

Terrible customer service
I was sent the wrong product. Wanted moisturizer spray but was sent Protein spray. After receiving a few emails from Nylahs naturals trying to convince me they are the same thing ( they are not) they finally agreed to give me a refund. I finally got the refund several weeks later! Terrible customer service!

Do not listen to other reviews! These products are a game changer! My sons Afro hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in! His natural curls are defined and soft and most importantly hydrated! The company have been great, fast delivery to Northern Ireland! Thank you so much I’m obsessed and so grateful to have found natural products for my sons hair!

Item ordered in Jan 24 still not delivered in Oct 24
I really didn’t want to write this review as I like the products and want to support independent businesses. I ordered the Flourish Hair Restorative Serum in January 2024, but it was out of stock. My money was taken for the product. Initially, Nylah's customer service was responsive when I contacted them and informed me that the product would be back in stock by July and would be sent to me then.
However, despite seeing that the product is now in stock, I have not received any response to my follow-up inquiries. I have contacted customer service three times since the product became available, but I have yet to receive a reply or the serum.
I would still like the item. I am worried to order from this company in the future.

Biggest scam ever! I was so excited to try their products on my daughter. I ordered 22nd Sep and still haven't received my order and no reply from customer services after multiple attempts. They sell products that are out of stock and keep your money!

Your order was dispatched in September, but unfortunately, it is currently showing as in transit. Given that it has been in transit for some time, it appears it may have been lost by Royal Mail.
According to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions, we must wait ten working days before we can submit an investigation request. After that, it may take them several additional days to provide a response. During this period, there is still a chance that your order may arrive at any time.
We appreciate that this is frustrating for you and we asked for patience as we navigated this situation. A full refund has been issued to you. We can alsp see products are still in transit with Royal mail and could still arrive to you. We will continue to monitor the tracking and will be in touch if they are delivered to you

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I placed an order on the 28th September, which I understand they were experiencing delays. However, all my emails bounced back and I had been unable to make any contact. The products finally arrived this morning but it was not the order that I placed. I have contacted the Nylah Naturals via email this morning, given there was no returns paperwork enclosed. I hope that I receive a positive response as I really wanted to support this organisation but feeling very let down so far and therefore this hangs in the balance.
***UPDATE - 24Oct24***
As a follow up to my review posted earlier this month, this is to fairly point out that my original emails bounced back as there was a typo in the email address I used. Once I used the correct email I received a response from Capreece who provided a status update on my order.
I would also like to correct my prior comment as the products received was not incorrect, but an item was missing (due to delays). That said, I can confirm the delayed item was received this morning, and therefore my order has been completed in full.
I have therefore changed my review status from 1 to 3 stars, with the potential of being 4*.
