I am extremely disappointed with Hairviginity. I purchased the 40-inch Peruvian Deep Wave hair, and the quality is nothing like it used to be.
I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years because the hair was always beautiful, thick, and worth the money. Unfortunately, this company has gone downhill. The hair I received has a strong unpleasant smell, the quality is poor, it sheds excessively, and it tangles constantly. It becomes difficult to manage after only a short time, which is unacceptable for hair at this price.
To make matters worse, the prices have increased significantly, yet you receive much less hair than before. You’re paying more money for lower quality and smaller bundles. It’s very disappointing, especially for loyal customers who have supported this business for years.
I feel completely let down and regret spending my money on this purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Hairviginity. The quality is no longer worth the high prices, and I feel the company is not delivering the premium products it advertises.
I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves its quality because many loyal customers will likely take their business elsewhere.

Dort nicht bestellen
Don't order there. I ordered 150gram tapes and only received 100grams. I have received neither my money nor the remaining 50 grams because it says that it was shipped like this. I also got the video sent, but neither my shipping label was glued on it and the packaging of the shipment was also different from what I received it. I should have listened to the bad reviews and not ordered here.

This is incorrect. We are honest and transparent with our customers, and all orders are packed under CCTV in our warehouse.
We already sent you clear video evidence showing your order being packed and labelled before dispatch. The tape-ins included in your parcel were also weighed at 160g, which is 10g more than the advertised weight.
We genuinely do not understand why you would leave this review after the extensive email communication and evidence provided clearly proving the weights that were shipped. We also offered you a full refund if you'd like to return which has also been refused.
Burmese Curly bundles
Very quick delivery, and I bought the 24 inch Burmese raw bundles, and they look so gorge!!! The quality is amazing, and the order process itself was a breeze!

Love the straight and Burmese curly hair
I love this hair, great quality, and it’s easy to order. Looks so natural and almost maintenance free! Always comes well packaged. I usually get Burmese curly, but ordered the straight hair the last 2 times. About to order it again. I would like more pics of the different types of hair and descriptions under each pic of each type of hair.
