This was my third time ordering numeral paint by this site and I can say I'm highly satisfied. The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete. I was very impressed by quality of paint, canvas and brushes. The delivery time is prompt, and their customer service is outstanding. I have had queries on occasions which have always been addressed in a professional, timely and friendly manner. I have recommended this company to friends who also have been very impressed. Thank you Numeral Paint for having quality kits and quality staff.

I recently received my second Numeralpaint paint-by-number kit and am, once again, very happy with the quality of the canvas and the paint. The paint is sufficient to I complete the picture, all the areas to be painted are clearly marked and I expect that this project will be just as much fun as the first one. I would highly recommend Numeralpaint for your next project!

I’m a regular customer of Numeralpaint to keep my creativity on going. i started by ordering an already made kit and I loved it , I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality paint by number kit, my 2nd order thought why not order a custom picture and I couldn’t be happier with the results. since then i ordered another one for myself and 2 as a gift. I will definitely be ordering many of my gifts for friends and family. it is a wonderful gift idea and the quality of their paints and canvas is unmatched. I recommend it for all whether it is for personal use or for a great gift.

What can I say? This has been a really bad experience.
Price: I found a paint by numbers that was nice and decided to try another service that wasn’t Amazon. I thought the price was a bit higher than other simuler companies but I bought into their website and mistook the page for higher quality service. I thought it was local and therefore the higher price was justified. Later on, when I found out that the product is shipped from China and would take roughly 25 to reach me, I quickly regretted my decision to shop here. Let me tell you why.
Shipping: I made my purchase in late December or early January. I can’t even remember when because it took nearly a MONTH to arrive. What is even worse was that they couldn’t drop off the package, on their tracking page they left a customer service number that no one could be reached at and told me to call them about my package. I was out of town for a few days since I didn’t anticipate the package to arrive at that time so they never reached out to me and shipped it back to China. When I finally got ahold of them via email they said I had not provided a door code so this was my own fault. Ok, fair, but how come every other business finds a solution or at least try to call/leave a message? The only reason I found out there was an issue was because the tracking link had been open on my browser for more than a month and finally one day there was a new update. I provided the customer team with my door code and phone number, just in case. Then I waited for the package to get shipped back to China to then be returned to me. When it finally reached the destination, I was once again informed there were issues even though their customer service confirmed they had all the info they needed. Finally, after much calling and babysitting the package, I got it.

Packaging: When the package finally arrived, it looked like someone had sat on it. The canvas was not wrapped in a box so it was very bent and overall looked like it had been put underneath heavy packages on top of it. The packaging itself is a canvas wrapped around a styrofoam roller with some light plastic packaging around it. No wonder I didn’t survive the ride. Who would?
I flattened the canvas for weeks without success. When I reached out to the customer service team, they explained that I can just use an iron to flatten my canvas because it is a common thing to do. You know, as one does when they spend money on a product and product arrives 2 months late and damaged.

Verdict: Hard pass. NPS=0. There is really nothing that I can recommend about this company. Maybe I got very unlucky but end-to-end it has been a bad experience. I gave them a multiple chances, tried to keep my cool and just assume it was human error. But at this point, I’m just over it. Save your money and try FiguredArt instead. It is also shipped from China but you can get 2 canvas for the same price as here (they have a bunch of promo codes), packaging is sound and shipping is quick. I bought a few as gifts for friends before Christmas and all of them arrived quickly. I honestly thought Numeral was a better service because it’s more expensive but now I wonder where I got that impression.

I love the images of NumeralPaint. This is the best company by far for ordering prints to paint. Where have you been all these years as I have been painting 15 + years. The prints are FANTASTIC! Since finding your company I have ordered so many prints and have big compliments of the finished painting. I love being able to contact you asking for if you have images I did not see, and you find that image for me. I totally love that. I can not wait to paint one and start on another. They are so realistic. The numbers are easy to see and the fact that you enclose extra colors is a plus. I believe you can also take self prints that I can send to you and you match the correct colors and image. That, I am totally looking forward to doing! I look forward to a long lasting connection with your company. Can't wait to order more images!! Thank you so much for having a helpful staff to assist with my orders. Good quality canvas and great customer service. There's a wide selection of canvasses to choose from. Shipping takes a while, but if you read the small print you'd know and can order the canvases in good time. Can't wait to paint mine!

Good quality products with fast delivery very impressed with what I have received

At first i received several canvas that were broken in the frame and damaged on the canvas. The delivery took a Long time so i didnt wanted a New canvas because of the damage. The paintings was for Christmas gifts at the time so I couldnt wait for a New one. But allthough the many damages i couldnt even get get my Money back.

There werent enough colour for the background and the colours is not like the pictures at all. Far from the pictures actually.
They wanted me to pay for a New set of colour.

When i approach the customer service several times about these things, it took mutiple times to get a sollutions.

Very low quality and bad customer service.

I have used many different website for paintbynumber paintings, and this is the worst by far.

This is my first time for placing an order. Upon receiving my kit I noted the canvas that was being used. It was a very good grade compared to other companies I have purchased kits from. They offer a printed sheet that shows all of the numbers. This is very important to get because if you work in tiny spaces and you wander too far into another space, you have a sheet to look at to find the correct color to be placed. This is an excellent kit and I will certainly purchase again. Also, shipping was within reason.

The paintings are fun, easy, beautiful. And delivery was quick and when I inquired about dates they were spot on and helpful. So many beautiful choices it’s a great hobby.
