Don't waste your money here!
Ordered, took weeks to come as the need "extra time to create the image perfectly' however this was expected and not an issue.
I received the wrong custom painting, it was of another family. As I needed it for a specific date as a gift I requested a refund as they sent the wrong product. They asked for my permission to reprint and resend and I denied this and asked for a refund. They refused and said they would only refund if I returned the item, but they cannot reuse to send to the right customer as was custom painting so what is the point I sent a photo of the wrong item which proves I did not receive the correct item I paid for.
Then they wanted item returned to China from UK and I was to pay for the postage. For their mistake. And I'm assuming it does not take so long to be perfectly made as they claimed but just rushed out of production as the delivery takes weeks as is coming from China! So I have paid £26.00 and the original postage payment and then they said if gets lost in transit I will not be refunded. Can only assume the painting will never find it's way back as they will claim they never received it unless I pay extra for recorded delivery.
Ridiculous, they have just taken my money without the product.
Edit: after over a month of waiting and after being told I would receive a full refund I was offered a refund of £10 instead of the full £26. Absolute joke tbh, not even half even though I didn't even get the product they promised and after being promised a full refund via email. Don't buy from here, if they mess up your order you will have to wait months for them to get it right or just give up getting your money back - after lying saying they would full refund it.

I have ordered 2 painting and loved painting both. 1 of which was a custom from a pic I sent. It is of my daughter and her man on the day they got engaged. You captured the moment perfectly. I plan on giving it to them on their wedding day in September. Thanks for the great job you did.

Awesome selection of pictures! The quality of the canvas is the best I have ever had - the texture of the canvas itself as well as the numeral print which is very well visible. The best company I have found in the field of numeral painting by far. Excellent and fast service, very quick response via email and very nice customer service guys. I highly recommend to anyone who loves paint by numbers, who wants top quality product and wonderful people to deal with in case of a need.

*BUYER BEWARE* Terrible company. They sent me 2 paint pictures and both paint sets had paints that were hard and dried out so I requested new paints. Customer service said I was ignoring there emails and wanted me to pay for the paint. I even have proof and detailed pictures showing there poor paint quality. WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I asked if they could get me a picture of Renoir's girl at the theatre, success, very helpfull & very quick, have bought & will continue to buy from this site, thankyou.

My original order arrived with 1 paint pot missing. I contacted the vendor and they offered me another painting with which they would also include the missing paint pot. (Although they kept calling me 'Thomas' in their emails!!) Replacement arrived safely!

Delivery is not as fast as something like Amazon. But that is because they custom make to each order and it is worth the wait for this quality! Awesome gift ideas too!

While, you didn’t send me the links to the right painting, the subject I gave, “waterfall horses” was ambiguous and could be taken a few ways. I did find the painting again, just by looking under abstracts & it’s called “Hair Waterfall”. The hair of a woman turns into a waterfall then turns to thundering white horses. The hair is the primary focus and I should have taken that into account. Anyway, it’s gorgeous & I have it in my cart. Thank you so much!!
