Ordered on Nov. 22, received shipping notification Nov. 26, did not actually ship until Dec. 6. Received on December 24. Item arrived in a long bubble envelope which contained a wet and moldy canvas and frame. Paid $45.70 for moldy garbage. Not worth returning as return shipping is buyers responsibility and it would be too expensive. Refund policy states that they do not do full refunds but that if damaged they send out a replacement as fast as possible. No thanks, not wasting another month. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

I just love these kits. It is astounding what their computer creates from their art work or your own photos. It is also a very relaxing hobby.

TERRIBLE customer service and un trustworthy site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a painting in September 2021 and it still has not arrived. I've sent over 20 emails to the customer service team to try and recover my item or receive a refund. It has been impossible to get either. The customer service team seem like a self automated message service who lack any genuine compassion for their customers. I would avoid buying from here and just purely because the hassle to try get anything back just isn't worth it. I'd recommend buying a painting for a wee bit more $$ knowing 100% that it's going to show up. Would hate for anyone else to have to go through the same ordeal as me.

Not a good experience. One of the paints was missing and the canvas was lumpy, probably caused by damp. Sent several e- mails & pictures but have not got any satisfaction out of them. You order from an American company & the kit comes from China. They do not reply to my e-mails, so no idea where I am with them.

This was my first paint by number project of a family photograph. It was fun but also a longer project than I had anticipated. Out of 24 paint containers, 1 was dried out when I opened it so I needed to contact the company about a replacement. It took a couple of emails for them to understand what the problem was but I did receive a new container within a few weeks. They were actually very good about contacting me during the shipping process (coming from China) so I was kept in the loop until I received it. The finished project looks great and I’m gifting it to the family over Thanksgiving.
I can’t wait to plan and order my next photo paint by number !!!

I have had a great experience with Adultpaint by numbers.
They have a huge range of images. But most importatly they are very unique, that aren't on other PBN sites. Other PBN sites seem to have all the same images.
So for that reason, I will keep using adultpaintbynumbers.com . My personal interest is in PBN is of artist, movie, TV, theatre or singers I don't mind and they have some goodies. But I may run out of the ones I have already done! Also the different colors that pop off the canvas, and there is plenty of paint to add a lot of texture.
Such a huge range. I keep shopping all the way from New Zealand!! Kia kaha (stay strong in Maori.

I have very picky and detail focused parents but I got them a pain by number painting of their own photo and they were very happy :) Thank you for this wonderful product!

I was thoroughly amazed at the quality of your product. I ordered a custom print and it was perfection. I couldn’t believe that the numbers were there to correlate to the picture. Beautiful! Also the communication was superb as I had questions and concerns of delivery time. I will definitely come back to order more.
