My order arrived before Christmas and my kids loved It so much, am so glad I bought from this amazing company.

I just received my order and it’s AMAZING! Always had good products but this time they set the bar HIGHER! The paintings I got today are super GOOD with a very HIGH QUALITY it’s just WOW!

canvas was folded around the frame instead of rolled. Lots of nasty creases and wrinkles. Also "frame" is garbage, low quality junk. Very disappointed in this firm, who has always been great up until now.

Great quality ,I was amazed, loved it have another one going.

Ordered 2 kits. Two kits arrived but one was not what I ordered. Have emailed 3 times with no response and have called customer service with no response. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will not order again!!!

I just want to say what a wonderful company Numeralpaint is 😁.
I had a problem with delivery, where my order had been damaged during transport (so not the company’s fault at all, was postage company’s fault). I contacted Numeralpaint and they were quick to reply and so wonderful to deal with. They are super friendly and very helpful!!! They were understanding in the matter and quick to replace my order and sent it off straightaway. I received my new order quickly and am super happy with the product!!

I have always ordered in countries like France, England and mainly in the USA. The issue is that in Spain they cope with URVAAM a delivery company whoever deletes home adresses and claims that they have tried or attempted to deliver thé product When is not true. So basically their delivery company in Spain is a scam there is no way of contacting them as the phone they have can only be contacted by whatsapp and they dont have it. I demand the money back or a solution as the situation is totally unacceptable. I always had Chinese a really hard working and professional people as many of my closest friends are Chinese. But this is the first time that occurs to me so I really hope they provide a solution

I ordered a paint by number of a Pitt Bull as a gift for my daughter's house warming. I received the painting, which was on a real canvas not on a board. There was one missing color, and there was no instruction sheet. I emailed them and they responded right away asking for a picture of what was in the kit. I did so and received an email stating they were sending the missing items and also offered a free picture for my inconvenience. Who could ask for better customer service. I will purchase more pre-framed pictures from them.

Not only did they have the painting I was looking for, they also had a few other rare similar paintings I was just so amazed back then I felt like I’m in heaven!! Highly recommend this company
