At first I was feeling very distressed that my new Aqua filter countertop wasn’t properly working I reached out to customer service via email they didn’t take long to reply only maximum 1 day. I then decided to reach out to customer support through the phone and A lady advised me to give them an extra day so they could figure out what could be going wrong with my appliance. I honestly thought no one was going to help me out but then Kayla reached out to me with a solution to replace my filter so in the end I am beyond thankful. I am currently waiting for it to arrive

Originally I had some doubts about Nu Aqua after reading some reddit posts on how the customer service does not respond, but by then I has already ordered the filter system. I tried to return it but they offered a discount for us to just keep it, so we just went ahead and gave it a try anyway. Been about 2 years now and we love the tankless system, and turns out, the customer service is actually really good. I don't know what the reddit thread was talking about, but I have been getting excellent customer service in a timely manner and their product is easy, high quality, and delivers. We've personally tested the water each time with the testing kit and it is doing it's thing and more. 10/10 product.

Fantastic customer service
Hello, I was having an issue with my 7 stage undersink RO system, my water started to have a foul smell and my filters were only about 3 month old. I reached out and everyone i chatted with give me some info and things I could try and that was helpful but didnt fix my issue. I ordered new filters and put them in and my problem was solved. However, I explained this too JENNIFER and she was very understanding and sent me replacement filters free of charge! I NEVER have had this kind of service from a company! They care about there products and want too keep there customers and I will definitely be staying with NU Aqua for my family's clean safe water needs! Thank you Jennifer and everyone at NU AQUA for you exceptional service and care for your customers!
