JENNIFER was very helpful throughout our communications. She asked what my challenge was and I explained. She sent me a link to the video showing the maintenance process. It was very helpful. I was ready to drop your service, but because of JENNIFER's communication, I have resubscribed for the new filters.

NuAqua has been great to work with. Jennifer was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. I had to replace the original NuAqua system I bought because I needed the pump version of the system instead. The return process was very smooth, and I received the refund quickly. I recommend them. I was replacing all the filters in my nuaquasysrem and when I opened the UV light tube the glass was broken. I emailed the company and Jennifer responded. She very quickly responded with an email letting me know a replacement UV lamp would be sent to replace the broken one. Easiest call for a problem I have ever made.

We have had our NuAqua system (6 stage) for five years. It has served us well. Recently, the UV sanitizer ballast quit. In getting that issue resolved, email support (namely JENNIFER) was very helpful in helping troubleshoot and recommend the appropriate parts to repair.
