Terrible return policy

Ich hab bestellt
Ich hab bestellt, wochenlang gewartet und dann dem Support geschrieben. Nach Tagen kam die Antwort mein Paket wäre schon wieder zu ihnen retour, weil ich nicht anzutreffen war. Dabei hab ich weder eine Nachricht erhalten, dass meine Bestellung am Weg wäre oder von dem Lieferunternehmen, dass sie mich verpasst haben. Der einzige Weg wäre noch einmal zu bestellen. Zwischenzeitlich wurde ich dann auch noch von Klarna gemahnt, dass ich meine Bestellung nicht gezahlt hätte. Dann erklärt man mir, dass ich das mit Klarna klären muss. Customer Support ist auch einfach nur langsam und nicht hilfreich. Also im Endeffekt hab ich nie Kleidung erhalten, aber einfach nur einen Haufen Arbeit.

I am so happy with nu-in!
There was no problem with the shipping and my order arrived pretty quickly. The items are a bit pricey (compared to standard companies such as H&M and Co.), but on the other hand the quality of the material is top (and sustainable!), so good and justified price-quality ratio. The clothing feels very natural on your skin and I love that nu-in offers a good range of sizes, so that every body type can wear its clothes.
Definitely recommend!

I'd honestly order again from Nu-in without hesitation. I got a really cute blazer from them which was exactly what I was looking for! I also picked up a few other items which I ended up returning because they didn't fit me in the way that I wanted them to (I'm really picky- nothing wrong with the clothes themselves). I had a few issues with the returns- I was given the wrong DHL return label for one of them so the courier wouldn't take it, but I emailed the Nu-in customer services and they sent me a new one which worked within 24 hours. My order came from two different warehouses so I sent back two different returns, but one of them wasn't refunded. After waiting the suggested time frame I emailed customer services about it and they (again) sorted it within hours. If I'm honest I totally forgot to put through the online returns form when I sent the stuff back so it was probably that that made the refund not go through! Would absolutely recommend the company- their clothes are beyond cute but their customer service is even better!

Enttäuscht und die Größen sind ein schlechter Witz
Ich hab vor kurzem meine erste Bestellung gemacht und ich glaube es war leider meine Letzte. Ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut Nu-In auszuprobieren, wurde aber bei vor allem den Jeans die ich bestellt hatte super enttäuscht. Im Vergleich zum Size Guide fehlten bei beiden Jeans 10 cm Länge (die ich bei 180cm Größe brauche!) Und sie fallen beide super eng aus, obwohl ich mich vorher ausgemessen habe. Die Jeansshorts hingegen waren 2 Nummern zu groß. Ein Kleid das ich bestellt hatte aus 100% Polyester hat sich sehr billig angefühlt und war auch viel zu klein, sodass ich es gerade so anprobieren konnte. Bei keinem der Artikel gab es irgendeinen Hinweis darüber wie er ausfällt und das sie keine Bewertungen auf der Webseite haben, finde ich auch schwierig.

Leider konnten wir keine E-Mails von dir finden, dass deine Erfahrung widerspiegelt. Wir haben auch nach mehr Details nachgefragt an Trustpilot, dass wir dir besser entgegenkommen aber leider blieben wir ohne Antwort.
Ohne die angaben welche Produkte mangelhaft waren ist es für uns schwierig zu verstehen, was wir genau Untersuchen sollen, sodass wir unsere Produkte und Service verbessern können. Ein paar Bilder und die Produktreferenzen wären sehr hilfreich für die Untersuchung🎋
Obwohl wir nicht genügend Informationen erhalten haben um die Situation besser zu Untersuchen möchten wir ein paar tolle Verbesserungen ans Herz legen:
▪️ Wir arbeiten daran, dass unsere Größe angaben genauer den Produkten entspricht;
▪️ Wir haben ein neues "Nie Out of Stock" Programm eingesetzt und funktioniert sehr gut;
▪️ Wir haben ein neues System eingesetzt, dass je nach Produkt eine Empfehlung gibt entweder eine Größe großer oder kleiner auszuwählen;
▪️ Die Shorts haben wir letztes Jahr produziert und unsere Denim Spezialisten werden die bestimmt verbessern;
▪️ Alle neue Jeans werden mit "Stretch" produziert und haben ein verbessertes Design und Größe angaben.
Wir bedanken uns sehr für deine Rückmeldung und wir freuen uns zu sagen, dass unsere neue Produkte eine sehr hohe Qualität erweisen und wir haben auch ein Super Kundenservice, falls du in der Zukunft unsere Hilfe brauchst, um irgendein Problem zu beheben, dass nicht nach Plan lieft lass uns wissen und wir sind sehr glücklich dir bessere Lösungen anzubieten🌻

Wish I could give them 0 stars. No response from their customer service even after emailing them 4 times. I want to cancel an order that has not shipped out yet and they don’t return ANY emails!
After researching this company I don’t believe they really use sustainable materiaLs as they claim. Horrible customer service.

Regarding your query, please note, that we can't cancel orders any time once the order is placed since our shipments are automatic and it’s logistically not possible to stop an order to be shipped. If you don't wish to receive your items you can refuse to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the carrier once the order is shipped and request the order to be returned to us. The order will then be processed as a normal return and a refund will be issued.

Bad quality or bad luck?
UPDATE: the team at NU-IN refunded me the skirt and shorts which were ruined after one days use. They checked with their team and apparently there were issues with both items, which are recurring to other customers. I will give them another go in the future but will also keep an eye out for the clothing sizes as these are definitely off!
Although the customer service (when I reached out to enquire about items and my promo code) was lovely and quick to reply, I'm very sad to say that the quality is not at all what I expected.
I fell in love with the clothes and bought 3 items, all between £44-£50. As someone that avoids buying first hand, I was excited to try a new brand and support sustainable fashion; even if there was a high price to pay for each item. However 2 of the 3 items I bought seem to be ruined after wearing them one day (literally one day) - I simply don't see how this can be sustainable? (I haven't worn the third item, hence I cannot comment on it's quality).
In my opinion they should not only be sustainable in their production but also combatting against fast fashion. I don't want to purchase a clothes that can only be used a few times at best - specially not at this cost! Very disappointed.
I've reached out to NU-IN customer service and hope they get back to me soon and are able to offer some support.
Also worth mentioning - I used the size guide provided to purchase my outfits and even went to the trouble of measuring myself, yet 2 of the items are too large! Not sure if they should adjust their sizing chart or what, but I've noticed a few other people had the same issues.
