I wish I had read these reviews on this website. 3rd March I placed my order and still haven't received my order.I've emailed there customer service that is working,I have now reported them to the company that advertise on.
Do not buy anything from this company they scam!!!!

I would rate zero, customer service is non existent, clearly a scam! Avoid avoid avoid.
Placed an order, emailed them and no answer. They charged me for an express delivery which it is clearly not happening as the order is probably lost or was never going to arrive anyway

Unable to get in contact with them about my order that came in faulty (stained). They haven’t returned my e-mails/messages and I won’t get a return label.

Leider keine Rücksendungen möglich. Customer Support antwortet nicht auf Mails und das Rücksendeportal war auch mehrere Tage nicht erreichbar. Rücksendung wird ohne Begründung abgelehnt, darüber wird man auch nicht informiert.

De broeken die ik had besteld waren te groot, nu wilde ik ze terugsturen en vroeg ik om een tegoedbon maar retouraanmelding is om onbekende redenen afgekeurd terwijl ik binnen de 30 dagen zat. Ik heb al 5x gemaild naar customersservice maar die reageren niet. Slechte zaak voor een mooi duurzaam label.

After receiving only 1 of 2 ordered products I've immediately contacted customer service to sort the issue. They haven't responded to my emails (have sent 5 already). Read the reviews after and regret ordering from them. Feels like a fraudulent way of working.

Nu-in, if you read this, please sort out the issue of order number #20132851 and prove me wrong.

I would be repeating myself based on other reviews here… Very disappointed with the company. I've had a great experience while buying Nu-In yoga clothes from About You or Zalando, but now I've tried direct purchase and it is a disaster! Terrible/non existent customer care. No reply to any of my e-mails! The package took ages to arrive and when it arrived, it did not include all the clothes I bought and paid for!!! No clothes, no money, no word from the company. Avoid at all cost. Unfortunately…

I placed my order (#20132800) 10 days ago and I still haven’t received an email that my order is out for shipping, despite the website stating that shipping will take 2-4 business days. I have sent two emails to the customer service and I haven’t got a response to any of them. I am quite disappointed, as I looked forward to my order. So the communication with this company isn’t exactly how it should be in my opinion.
Update: I got an email from customer service. In the end, I received the clothes and they are great actually. However, before you order, consider the waiting time and customer service.

Versand (à CHF 20! DHL) erfolgte ca. 20 Tage nach bezahlter Bestellung. Erst dann wird ersichtlich dass die Ware aus Portugal verschickt wird. Die Bestellung hängt nun für unbestimmte Zeit am Zoll. That's it. Antwort vom Customer Service habe ich bis heute keine erhalten (meine Anfrage nach 10 von den 20 Tagen wo die Bestellung wohl verpackt werden musste).

Order 20132695 has been placed more than 10 days ago. No response from customer care about the status of the order.
Therefore using my right to cancel within 14 days, as per German law.
Please confirm the cancellation and send me my money back.

Über eine Bestellshop habe ich ein T-Shirt der Marke Nu-In bestellt. Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht über die Ware. Nach zweimal Waschen war der Aufdruck schon verschwunden, trotz Schonwäsche und auf links.
Die Passform und das Material sind gut.
Schade, dass der Aufdruck nicht gehalten hat.

First time user. Rental for Las Vegas trip. Very pleasant and helpful front counter staff. Location is literately across the road from main rental center so save time and walk over vs waiting for shuttle. Vey limited pressure/up selling. vehicles were clean and plentiful options. Will definitely rent again as the price paid was by far the best price amongst the competition. The drop off process was easy and the final invoice was emailed to us within the hour. Ratings online were 63% and that does not reflect our experience.
