What an amazing small business! Such beautiful jewellery and exceptional service. I have now purchased for myself, my son, my daughter, my sisters, my husband & my mum! We all absolutely love our pieces and will definitely buy from Coco again!

Poor quality for the money. Bangle a slightly odd shape and had had sharp edges that scraped my arm as I put it on (has taken a week to heal). I would like to return for a refund but based on experiences reported here I’m not optimistic.

I received my order and the bracelet was a different color than I thought I ordered. I email asking about exchanging it for a different color. Great customer service, I received a quick response and was told the correct color would be sent to me. Looking forward to giving the bracelet as a gift to my friend.

I love my ring it is just what I needed. I had a small issue with my delivery and their customer service as amazing taking care of everything right away. I will be back to get more items soon.

False advertising... the bracelet that I received does not say in "morse code" what is depicted in the photo on their website. My beads aren't in the same order. I've corresponded with customer support multiple times, sending the numerous photographs of the one I'd received that they requested in comparison to the one shown on their website. I'd really prefer that they send me the one that I ordered because the whole point was that the meaning of it was special to me, otherwise I'd like a full refund. I'm very disappointed. It seems like it would be an easy fix.

I love the ring! The color is beautiful and it sparkles in the sun. The message engraved on the band is a great reminder that I am stronger than I sometimes think I am. The ring is great but the customer support is what put this purchase over the top. I emailed about the sizing and asked to exchange the ring and someone responded to me right away. That is rare! I am very happy with my purchase (I ordered a few other items as gifts and my friends were thrilled with the quality) and with the prompt and helpful customer service. Five stars!

Pretty bracelet with an engraved message that resonated with me and probably many others who need a laugh when facing a challenge. It looks well made, arrived quickly and customer service is 5 stars.

Not only is the bracelet I ordered beautiful, but when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong color, Customer Service was very quick to respond and send me the correct color without delay. I receive so many compliments on it... it is definitely a welcome addition to my jewelry box.

The website says 4-8 days delivery. Mine took 16. They say they have offices in the US, but their phone and shipping is from Singapore. They initially sent my order to Australia despite having the correct address in the US. Stick with something local.

I’m updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. Sarah reached out after my initial review and said that I would be receiving a full refund and a new bracelet. I have not received the refund.. honestly don’t really care about that part, just wanted my order done correctly. I am keeping this at 4 stars and not 5 simply because this was a hassle to get what I paid for. I appreciate the company’s willingness to send me my order and offer the refund.

I received the wrong order! The bracelet I ordered (and paid for) had 3 different birthstones in it,.. the one I received had only 2.
I have been in contact with “Sarah” for over a month now (since May 16th) and she has assured me that a replacement is being made and now on the way. However, it’s been about 2 weeks since this promise (June 14) was made and I have received no shipping information (as she said I would) and now radio silence when I reach out to customer service.
I emailed again on June 21, June 23, and now again today June 24 all with no responses.
So disappointing. This was a Mother’s Day gift and it’s now the end of June.

I ordered the wrong ring size for my daughter. I contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I was able to order the correct size and she also changed the finish from silver to gold, which they also accommodated this change for me. Extremely satisified and great to work with!

I ordered the wrong size for my ring. And they have made the return process very simple. Great product and great customer service goes a long way these days.

I ordered the mother/daughter promise ring for my daughter's graduation. It is absolutely beautiful and my daughter loves it! Customer service is amazing!!

I ordered 2 of the mother/daughter bracelets for my girls. One of the bracelets started losing the stones. I contacted customer service, sent in a picture and the item was immediately replaced. Sarah Pelea is a joy to work with!! Thank you Sarah!

Item is not as described. Glass beads and do not represent what the photo looks like. Very disappointed. I'm not one to give bad reviews but this one is justified.

I purchased a beautiful ring but the wrong size. Much to my delight they have graciously offered to replace it. I can't wait to get it!
