Great service from start to finish with Carl Dunn. We had a slight problem with machine not connecting to WiFi but they arrange a new machine instantly. Technical guy was really helpful. Would recommend Novopay especially Carl Dunn. Thank you.

Helpful, no pressure sales representatives.
Joe was very polite, helpful and informative. Although Novopay couldn't beat the rate I am currently paying at the moment due to a promotion my current provider is running, I wouldn't hesitate to reconsider in the future particularly as exit fees from your existing provider would be covered by Novopay.
