This site is one of the worst gaming sites I have ever used. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them, payouts painfully slow. I wanted to self exclude, agent kept me on line for over an hour and eventually stopped responding to my requests. There is no tool that a player can self exclude himself. Stay away from these fraudsters.
They won't never let you withdraw winnings.
They are withholding my 1971€ since a month and despite every requested document was provided multiple times they keep canceling my withdrawals.

Fraud of a company! Stay well clear if you dont want to be robbed blind. My account was fully verified by proof of address and passport ID. I had being using Novibet for roughly 3 weeks when I had my first bet win, €139. When I went to withdraw my winnings, Novibet asked for verification of payment methods I used when depositing and that I want to withdraw to. I sent all information they requested but they kept asking for the same documentation over and over again for a period of 3 days. I was eventually told all documentation was accepted and my withdrawal would be processed. To my shock, they never processed the withdrawal and deactivated my account without notification. I have emailed them numerous times and they are not responding. Unfortunately its common practice for them having read the reviews now. Please please avoid them! SCAMMERS!

Have been using for a while, got a big win and went to withdraw but they needed to verify bank details. Did take multiple attempts, was getting a bit worried. But went to customer service and talked to George v. And he was great help and told me what to do and received my money 20 minutes later. Few improvements to be made to make it easier for people to withdraw but still happy with the service

Scammers, deposited all together around 4,5k and got back from it around 750 eur, no wins no free games and even if you get free games 5 eur a spin max win I got was 120 eur and that happens on daily… avoid no wins there just purely scamming money out of you… there was a day I lost 1500eur in 40 min like playing 5 eur spin 2 free games from 300 spins and biggest win was 65 eur. So pure scammers

They will not let you withdraw. They will request endless documentation. It is never enough. Then they will eventually just stop all communication
