Had a bad experience with another company who have refused all my withdrawals. BetVictor however have never had any issues. They offer decent offers often including free spins. Returns have been ok but that’s a casino.

Gave me a 100% boost token which I used but it did t apply it to the bet - I then placed a bet on their super boost - but my boost token was still showing - contacted them by live chat as I’m non verbal due to a stroke and the customer service agent annamaria was as helpful as a no armed goalkeeper! Refused to void the bets so I could do it again although it’s their error not mine - cash out is lowers than stake and wouldn’t help with that - asked for supervisor and wouldn’t get put through and also she was the specialist in charge of complaints. I have no other way to express my concern, i am a new customer and having issues loading your games using your OWN APP. Very Concerning Changes – Needs Investigation

Something is seriously not right with this website anymore.
I’ve been playing here for a while, and it used to be a good, trustworthy platform. But recently, things have changed in a way that feels very concerning. I have screen recordings showing: 1.Free spins freezing mid game
2.Glitches affecting gameplay 3.Incorrect payout amounts being awarded
This isn’t just frustration from losing, this is about patterns that feel inconsistent and potentially unfair.
What’s even more worrying is the sudden increase in negative reviews throughout 2026. It raises serious questions about whether something has changed behind the scenes.
Trying to raise concerns with support has also been extremely unprofessional. I’ve been transferred between 4–5 different staff members without any clear answers or accountability.
At this point, I strongly believe this site needs to be independently investigated. I am currently looking into making formal complaints to authorities such as the Department of Internal Affairs, Commerce Commission, Netsafe, and international regulators like the UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority.

I will be submitting my recorded evidence so this can be properly reviewed.

It’s disappointing to say this, but what was once a good platform now feels potentially compromised.
