Scammers, deposited all together around 4,5k and got back from it around 750 eur, no wins no free games and even if you get free games 5 eur a spin max win I got was 120 eur and that happens on daily… avoid no wins there just purely scamming money out of you… there was a day I lost 1500eur in 40 min like playing 5 eur spin 2 free games from 300 spins and biggest win was 65 eur. So pure scammers

They will not let you withdraw. They will request endless documentation. It is never enough. Then they will eventually just stop all communication

They took my deposit twice, and only credited my account once. The first attempt said there was an error, so I tried again and that worked, but both amounts were taken from my bank. Novibet promised a refund would be made to my card, but it never happened.

Also, the site is a shambles anyway. I tried to make e/w bets in the grand national, but you have to make two separate bets instead of just one bet with e/w toggled on. And that's just for starters. It's a betting site that's not fit for purpose, here in Ireland

Great variety in casino & sportsbook, always have fast withdraws. Wish they still accepted PayPal, was a huge let down when they removed it.

I can't give zero stars which is what these animals deserve. They let me deposit no problem until l won 5000 refused withdrawal and then deactivated my account while i was playing on it, absolute scum don't give them a cent they don't seem to realise customers are what makes a business they will rob you with any loophole they can, disgusting.

Very poor service for a betting app it keeps saying to verify my account I’ve done everything it says and it keeps putting my winnings back into my account hopping I’d bet again. Multiple of my friends are having the same problem. Don’t put money into this app

Was winning money off free spins and then accumulaters. First withdraw was fine, second one was pending for days and the imposed a €1 spending limit on account. Then account gets blocked and my withdraw and funds I won on the account seem to disappear.
Thankfully I made a few quid off them before, but crazy how they can do this. If I was losing and spending they would of been happy enough. Gangsters

BEWARE. Although this 'company' is being advertised quite a bit, I have plenty of reservations about them. They request much more private data than most bookmakers, for example a telephone, Internet bill was not deemed sufficient. I got the impression they were after a bank statement. They also dishonoured the introductory offer, the reason that I joined, I did not receive the 50 as advertised. I tried to contact them but they flatly refused. And have no escalation policy. This 'company' do not allow replies on X or twitter. I would avoid at all costs, they have no Irish base.

This is the worst gambling company in the whole world! I have had to jump through so many hoops to try withdraw my own €20 but to no avail! I have been trying for 4 days to withdraw my cash but they won’t entertain me! I would advise anyone to steer clear of this shower of scammers and bet with a reputable company!

I think this is one of the worst. Some sites have a fair idea your gonna get robbed but these sponsor races etc claim to be reputable, firstly when I deposited they take the money from bank and never came to account. I then redeposited to get welcome bonus and they never awarded it. Also shocked by some of the reviews here

NoviBet is a scam website. I registered, deposited 10 euro to get the free bet welcome offer. I won 45 euro from the free bets and when I try to withdraw it, they keep saying I need to verify more and more things. So, I then bet 5 euro of the 45 and the horse won. I won 16.25 off that bet but NoviBet won't actually process the winnings either. Stay well away from this scam site. It should be shut down
