Worth it.
Bought as gift. International shipping to Canada (though not inexpensive) was very fast and clear with no surprises. Website was easy to use, and to apply payment and discount. Ordered a 'refurbished' device and was not disappointed with quality or condition. Overall very happy bought right from Novation rather than purchasing used locally.

I ordered a machine and loved it right away - but unfortunately it was broken and wouldn’t charge. Novation sent a pick up to get my broken machine and sent me a replacement no hassle. I had to wait a little longer - but honestly this thing is dope and it was worth the wait. Thank you very much
