Extremely disappointing experience with Novant.

My wife ordered a pair of Asics trainers but instead received a counterfeit pair of Hoka trainers of very poor quality. The item was completely different from what was advertised — wrong brand, wrong product, and clearly not genuine.

We have made repeated attempts to contact the company by email to resolve this matter, but have received no response whatsoever.

Based on our experience, this raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business and the authenticity of the products being supplied. We would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company.

Onlangs kleding besteld via Novant Nederland. Maar winkel blijkt niet te bestaan in Nederland. Goederen duurde veel te lang voordat hij werd bezorgd. Goederen bleek chinese maten te zijn dus veel te klein voor mij. En goederen waren niet conform de website. Heb heel wat anders ontvangen dan werkelijk besteld. Kosten waren veel hoger om het terug te sturen. Daarom gedwongen akkoord voor een restitutie van 30% van het aankoop bedrag. Kortom bestel nooit iets via dit bedrijf.

My experience with this company has been beyond appalling, the website looked amazing so I bought a winter coat which looked good in quality and style. The item I received was not what I ordered. It was a totally different design and I can’t even begin to describe how bad the quality was.

Without going into detail, I returned the item after many emails to and from the company. They did not make this easy, but I insisted on a full refund and followed their terms and conditions on returning this item. The item was returned in January, a day or two after I opened the parcel and unfortunately was returned to me today 20,05.26, as it was not accepted through customs, which I find bazaar as I followed the returns polic and it was same same packaging . So basically, this item cost me around £80, and a lot of stress. Again, in my experience, it is a lesson learned, I should have read the reviews.

Site à fuir absolument. C est une grosse arnaque. Article commandé est reçu pas du tout dans les délais annoncés mais qui plus est, ce n est pas l article que j ai commandé. Le pire, c est que le retour en Chine est à ma charge alors que l erreur provient d eux.

Stark VARNING för detta bolag. Köpte en hoodie med usel kvalité fel storlek och avvikande färg. Efter en lång mailväxling framgick det såsmåningom att dom inte tar emot returer.

Fraud. No product, no money refund. Get my money back from Visa / Bank. Never again.

Impossible de les joindre ni par mails ni par telephone ils sont introuvables.
Comment faire piur leur renvoyer le colis et me faire rembourser.
Je vois que, par contre, on peut toujours passer commandé, la c'est pas bloquer.

It was awful. I bought 2 piece suit displayed on their website. By the time the suit arrived, it was different from what was displayed. Novant is using a quality display to scam people. Their sales are fake and dubious. I returned the item and never received a refund. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life. Never to patronize them again. Absolutely scam !!!

He querido hacer una devolución y no hay forma! Totalmente un engaño. El pedido que me ha llegado HORRIBLE nada que ver con la foto. Una ESTAFA!

Har købt en bluse hos Novant, den har været næsten 2 måneder undervejs, fordi der er skrevet forkert vej og etage nr. på adressen.
Den har 3 pakkelabels på, så den har været vidt omkring.

Køb aldrig derfra - det er et fup firma.

I bought two pairs of shoes, they don't fit well, and the quality isn't good either. I'm negotiating a refund with them; I've been talking to them for days and they want to send me other shoes. How awful! I want my money back and I'll claim it through the bank. Very bad experience

N achetez jamais sur ce site ,mon mari à voulu m’offrir un menteau ,sur le site il est magnifique,mais quand je l’ai reçu il était plus que décevant,une vraie loque pour ne pas dire un torchon,j’ai contacté le SAV pour me rembourser ,ils m’ont jamais répondu nous sommes en mai 2026 et j ai contacté en décembre 2025,c est une arnaque pure et simple voir escroc

Inkompetenz hoch 10! Nur 1 Teil von 2 geliefert. Habe einen Retourenschein angefordert, weil noch nicht einmal das eine Teil gut war. Stattdessen werde ich mit mails bombardiert, die völlig vom Sachverhalt abweichen. Bin schon seit Wochen dran. Nie wieder bestelle ich da was!

No consigo recuperar el dinero de una compra que nunca ha llegado a pesar de que la empresa responsable de la entrega acepta responsabilizarse por la pérdida del paquete. Alguien sabe cómo conseguirlo?

Ni kastar pengar bara. Alla grejar stämmer inte med bilderna och beskrivningen i webben.
När man kontakta dem för att returnera köpet de ger fel adress till Kina 🇨🇳 och du betalar frakten och paketet försvinner direkt
Köpa aldrig något från det företag.

These are a scam supplier. I bought a jacket from what appeared to be a French website. Jacket arrived, but the quality and materials were absolutely awful. I tried to return the item. After some email exchanges asking for photos of the item, etc, they responded discouraging me from returning the item and offered 15% refund. I insisted on returning it, but then they told me I would have to send it at my expense to China, managing customs delays myself, etc.. But if I preferred, they would up the refund to 25%. I have accepted the 25% offer, but am not confident that I will ever see it.
Do NOT buy anything from Novant !

Normalement je ne fais pas de review, mais pour cette plateforme, je vais faire une exception. C'est extrêmement pourri, l'article commandé ne correspond pas. C'est une fausse représentation. Et ça prend un éternité avant la livraison. Il n y a aucun service a la clientèle. C'est un site a éviter absolument.
