notarity Anmeldelser

Wow, never thought notaries could be this easy. I used to spend hours going back and forth with documents, finding a notary near my location, signing, then going back to get the documents...

It only took a few minutes, and I got everything ready! Never going back to physical offices :)

The service was very polite, professional, and pleasant. Additionally, it was highly efficient.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Notarity in a professional capacity and the service was efficient, friendly, and above all thorough. A pleasure from the very beginning.

Easier alternative for physical notary meeting. You should dedicate some time for ID / passport verification process.

Actual people doing verification (somewhere in Eastern Europe?) can be quite unfriendly and curt. Did not have any challenge with notary himself- meeting went smoothly.

Excellent service, fast, straight to the point, just what we were looking for.

Beatrice was great and made the process very easy.

Wie immer bei notarity alles perfekt geklappt. Kurzfristige Terminverbarung, keine Wartezeit und simple Abwicklung. Einfach perfekt!!!

SImple process, worked perfectly.

Easy to use and quick, all done on mobile

Simple and efficient after onboarding in their platform.

Schnell, freundlich, professionell einfach top!

Great service.

We had to have some of our users who are spread out across the globe to legalize their signature for an administrative procedure in Spain.

It worked great.

I was able to sign the doc for my tax rappresentative in literally 5 minutes from my living room.
It is amazing to see how it can be easy and quick to sign doc with the help of a Sweden notary for a Romanian company as an italian citizen!
Also, the notary assigned to me spoke perfect English.

Very easy to use. The lady assistant was very helpful. Also the whole process lasted less than 30 min.
