Rang yesterday as had problem with my dishwasher, arranged an a appointment for this morning at 10, 8 23 engineer rang and said could he come earlier at 9 actually arrived at 8 45. The engineer called Bab found the problem within minutes, explained why we had the problem and resolved it, extremely pleased, very polite man, would definitely use company again and very reasonable

Without doubt the worst customer…
Without doubt the worst customer service ever! The guy on the phone , when I asked for another date as they couldn't do the one I had asked for put the phone down on me and blocked my number, I called a day later from a friends phone and got through, he put the phone down again on me, unbelievable.
Do not touch them with a barge pole. I couldn't give time a zero rating unfortunately

Problem not diagnosed correctly
We’re told we needed a door part to fix our oven but then when a different engineer came to fit the part we were told we needed to repair the element on top of the part we’ve already paid for. If we knew the element was gone we would have not paid to get the door part replaced and the oven door still doesn’t close properly!

I would give no stars but not possible
I would give no stars but not possible. I booked an appointment and on the day when I phoned to ask why I had no confirmation did they say they wouldn’t accept but didn’t bother to tell me. It was to fix a handle on a washing machine so easy job. I think it’s because it’s in congestion zone and guy couldn’t be bothered. All ok but they need to let me know

Technician came late
Technician came late. He accidentally broke the connection tap and caused a water leakage. He left to go and get the part that broke. He also removed the 2 way connector and promised to order it. He explained to me that the dishwasher could not be fixed and had to order a part. Said that he will submit the report and would contact me the next day but I have not heard back since then. Instead I have received an invoice that the job has been completed. It is not completed. While booking it stated I could pay by cash or card but the tech insisted if we could pay cash. Will not be using this company again nor will I recommend them.

Unreliable service
I booked through the website for an oven repair for our tenant but no feedback. Nobody called, emailed or showed up. I called the company and I was told that an email was sent to us and the engineer didn't accept the job for some unknown reason. No email was sent, not even in the spam folder. Then the person told me that I should try another company and mentioned a name then quickly terminated the call. I didn't have a chance to say anything. I called back and tried to ask for the name of the other company he mentioned, but after he realised that it was me again, he again terminated the call without giving me a chance to say anything. Unreliable company and horrible customer service.

You made a request for an oven repair on our website on 2024-06-08 11:00:13, which wasn't confirmed and we sent you an email notifying you about that within 10 minutes and even today when you called us you said your booking wasn't confirmed!
also we have different name, phone and email address for you on the booking request which we sent the email to.
The booking process is clearly explained on our booking page and our team member explained that to you multiple times today over the phone as well!
