WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!
I have just come off the telephone with this company and the 'person' (if he can be called that) who answered the phone told me to "F...... off" and put the phone down on me.
We had an engineer come out on Tuesday for our washing machine who (after much faffing around and having to call the office and send pictures to them) told us that we needed a part. He said he would return on Wednesday to do the work required.
He didn't turn up on Wednesday, so I called yesterday (Friday) to explain and ask why no one had called us. This resulted in me having the phone put down on me!!!
I called again this morning (Saturday 9 November)...and asked whether they were open for business. The reply I got was "of course, that's why I answered the phone". I explained that I had called yesterday and had the phone put down on me and asked whether this is how customers get treated. He dropped the F-bomb and put down the phone. DO NOT USE THEM! Uncouth, unprofessional and no idea of customer service.

An engineer came out on Oct 7th and told me I needed new hinges and it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. He charged me £192 as I had to pay for the parts in advance.

I have called 3 times for an update and they kept saying 3-5 biz days. I called again today Oct 22nd for an update, and they said they would speak to the engineer and call me back with an update. I said no, I'd rather get my money back and he hung up. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS- I will be reporting to the small claims court today.

They never show up despite 2 appointment and chasing them up for been told after a week that they don t have no one for my area

Calling from the overseas, tried to book online but no response, called up and booked an appointment. Received an email after the booking time had passed with an invoice. Called them again only to be told "but we never confirmed" after being talked over and then knowing we are overseas, they said better you call someone else. Would never use this useless company. Being charged for not turning up, and being told it's my fault. Useless.

Update 23/09/24

I still have the email that shows I received an invoice for payment for a job that no one turned up to after the time that they were supposed to come to the property, no other email was sent before the invoice, no pre payment link, nothing.

Plus as you can see the name says MICHAEL RICHARDS, not Sujatha Selvaratnam, but I shouldn't be surprised that this company can't even get the name correct to the person they are speaking to.

The negative reviews are all warranted for this company, everything the other reviewers have said all happened to me.

Quick response and prompt delivery and installation of new oven. Thank you.

Like others who have posted I have also had my number blocked. My unanswered email to customer service says it all. £539 out of pocket and stuck hoping the Credit Card company sorts it...

"Dear Sirs,

On Thursday 29 August I ordered and paid for a dishwasher from you. I was told I would receive a call back after the payment was processed to arrange installation that weekend. The receipt is attached.

Nobody called, so the following Tuesday (3 September) I called to follow up. The person who answered told me they would check and call me back, and then ended the call before I could respond.

I waited an hour and called back. The person who answered repeated the same things, that they would call me back and again ended the call in my ear.

I called again but there was no answer after several repeated calls. I called from a different number and the call was answered immediately. This time the person lost their temper, snapped that they cannot install the machine I’d ordered and said that a refund would be issued. Once again, the call was ended before I could speak.

It has now been 7 days. I am unable to reach you by phone. Please confirm the date that the transaction was reversed."

Engineer came, told me the oven needed new hinges, charged over £90 , went away then messaged hinges could not be accessed! Miele engineer came , pulled out oven found screws had come out of hinge, fixed and also hinges still available. Awful service.

Awful service, booked the job online then they said it was out of area even though it wasnt as they were looking at the card registered address.
No call to even say it had been cancelled so waited all day.
Called them up to get a rude man on the phone who then just put the phone down and said "cya later"

Appointment booked online, declined without telling me, had to call customer services line when they didn’t show up and so wasted time at home

Your customer service is atrocious and when i Called just now I started getting told off by your 'customer services' operator. I do not know how you have any customers. Such bad/no communication from last week to this.

When the engineer called to say he was en route he said the quote i had been given was wrong and the cost was actually more than double. I had chosen them on cost and not only was the cost more than double they were no longer the cheapest and i had lost the opportunity for someone else to do the work that day. I rang the office to say it was too late to change the quote and they should honour the quote or cancel. They cancelled.

Your engineer said our dishwasher could not be repaired and we needed to buy a new one. I phone up Miele and they told me a few simple things to try. It worked and the dishwasher is working normally. I will not use your company again

This, frankly, was amazing. Easy to book: the engineer came when they said they would; and then, he fixed it. What's not to like?

Bob was very efficient.tested the washing machine, and explained why I couldnt select the program when it got stuck.
He cleaned the dirthy water tank and recommened a purchase of new machine, when this one stops to work as parts are pricey.
All in all 10min job for almost a £100, but I guess that's the rate.thanks Bob

On time, polite, efficient. Couldn't sort our very old fridge-freezer but explained why and offered deals on new appliances. We said we wanted to go to a specific store and there was no pressure or hassle.

Great experience. Easy to book. The engineer arrived on time and quickly ascertained what the problem with my dishwasher was.

Easy to book. Ali who came out was very helpful and efficient. Phoned ahead of time to check I was in. Would definitely recommend
