Amazing customer service. We have been with two of the large national LPG suppliers before switching to Northern Energy and have found them difficult to deal with and expensive. Our experience with Northern Energy could not be more different. They were recommended to us as a family run business with excellent customer service and this is so true. The tanker drivers are always very courteous and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for the head office staff. The price of gas is also very competitive. When we have had any issues (rarely) they have been sorted out swiftly and they always call you back and deliver your gas when they say they will (in our experience, not a given with other companies!).

I’ve been on LPG for over 25 years now and used a number of suppliers in that time and have to say Northern Energy give the best service at a competitive price in my experience. With a U.K. based office and regular scheduled deliveries I never have to worry about an empty tank or having to chase deliveries like with some larger suppliers. Pricing is transparent with a fixed margin charged over wholesale prices.

Excellent company & team. They manage our LPG perfectly, it’s just there when needed…what more could you need. Never had to chase them!

Moved into a home with heating oil totally alien after being on gas central heating my original choice was certas energy but for some reason they couldn’t find my house on multiple occasions even sending them satellite photos and safari and google coordinates stating it would be 2 weeks between deliveries I had enough at this point and contacted northern energy who I will simply say are amazing with the delivery service and customer service I have set up a monthly direct debit and they delivered no problems a day later thank you so much for the opportunity to have reduced stress now knowing I will get oil when I need it

I have used Calor as my supplier of LPG for the last 27 years. Their customer service is non existent, so I took the decision to switch LPG supplier after all this time. After much research, I decided to approach Northern Energy. What an eye opening decision. I spoke to Jess at Northern Energy, where she is customer services manager. She was brilliant, just as customer services should be. She was really pleasant, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and couldn’t do enough to help me. I decided there and then to switch to Northern Energy. The switch was done very quickly, very professionally, with help all through the process. Really impressive. I know who I will be using as my LPG supplier for the next 27 years. I highly recommend this company.

Having been a customer for over 3 years on an auto top up service, my advice to anyone else considering this is DON’T do it ! Shop around elsewhere.

I’m a loyal customer who’s prepared to pay a small premium for good service but don’t expect my loyalty to cost me so dearly.

LPG has so far arrived before the tank was empty, but it has been a little frustrating to find that an order has been raised, but no date of delivery has been noted. Have had to chase to find delivery date when stated date has been missed.

I am one of the many who have been lied to by this company.
They say they aren't supplying an infamous beagle breeder for chemicals testing...but they are. There is evidence of their vans going into Marshall Bio Resources in Cambs.
I even have an email from Northern Energy sating they would never deliver to a place like MBR !

Great service always, auto top up is great and customer service is exceptional. The prices are fair and paying one amount monthly makes it all very easy, it’s super to get discounted home care and vat paid, excellent company
